Good tilt- Draw

Posted by b.t.wilson on November 19, 2008 at 08:06 AM

Pretty decent scrap. Have to call that one a draw.

Posted by icie0099 on November 19, 2008 at 09:16 AM

Good number of punches landed--decent fight

Posted by Crooked on November 19, 2008 at 12:59 AM

Great fight... best of the night of course. due to real fighters fighting.

Posted by kings0575 on November 20, 2008 at 01:55 AM

Ian's my boy! but this one was a draw both landed good punches, and it turned out to be a good fight.

Posted by Mouseman on November 19, 2008 at 03:13 AM

Draw. A good middleweight bout.

Posted by Gunslinger on November 20, 2008 at 09:05 PM

One of Nystroms better fights but he still loses, which really should'nt surprise anyone based on past performance.

Posted by Behn Wilson on November 19, 2008 at 09:27 PM

Good little scrap, edge Lappy.

Posted by AdmiralsCaptain on November 19, 2008 at 07:51 PM

Lappy took it to him...surprised only 2/3 of you thought Ian won this.

Posted by Riomouse911 on November 19, 2008 at 07:48 PM

For a guy with about 170 NHL regular, post and preseason fights over the last 14 years, Laperriere sure gets some angry reviews. Draw.

Posted by Spanky_Jazz on November 19, 2008 at 06:24 AM

Once Lappy got going it was over.

Posted by DetroitIan on November 19, 2008 at 01:11 AM

Nystrom started out pretty solid. But Laperriere came on strong after that. Which surprised me. Cause Lappy usually gets manhandled. But gotta give him the win here.

Posted by ERossi on November 20, 2008 at 12:20 AM

Decent Fight. Edge to Laperriere.

Posted by bruins rule on November 19, 2008 at 08:49 AM

not too bad of a fight.have to give ian the decision here.

Posted by JasonO on November 19, 2008 at 01:42 PM

Laperriere's several unanswered punches carried this fight in his favor.

Posted by mcb789 on November 25, 2008 at 10:10 PM

eric nystrom atleast is willing to drop his gloves, but he needs to take some fighting lessons from his father bobby nystrom.

Posted by Ripper20 on November 19, 2008 at 12:31 PM

Decent scrap, pretty even, unfortunately, I gotta give the slight advantage and a rare win to Lappy.

Posted by mrunohoo on November 19, 2008 at 09:50 PM

That's sad when you're 0 for 2 against Laperriere.

Posted by kingpintoo on November 19, 2008 at 11:51 PM

Good fight.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on November 19, 2008 at 09:55 AM

As much as i hate to say it, Lappy gets the W

Posted by BWeen on November 19, 2008 at 12:02 PM

Lapperriere came on strong at the end after he switched hands. Decent go!

Posted by tstack on November 19, 2008 at 11:23 AM

Well best fight of the night which isn't sayng much. Ian puts on the better show. W but pretty close.

Posted by elks_scraps on November 20, 2008 at 11:24 PM

It was a good scrap on both sides. Nystrom started out well, but Lappy just went on a tear at the end. Give Lappy the edge.

Posted by SailRacer on November 21, 2008 at 02:24 PM

Nystrom spent a lot of time trying to avoid Laperriere's attack.

Posted by bernie on November 19, 2008 at 01:40 PM

ian was the sure winner

Posted by DARCY T on November 20, 2008 at 05:07 AM

surprisingly good fight.win lapperriere

Posted by mrfistykuffs on November 21, 2008 at 12:22 AM

Pretty good Scrap, Lape edges out a win.

Posted by ShuterMcGav on November 19, 2008 at 03:22 PM

Good win by Lappy. I'm still waiting for someone to crack Bertuzzi's skull though. I'd love to see him totally fucked up on the ice. He should be taken off on a stretcher like Moore. That would be a good way to end an asshole's career

Posted by wallbanger1 on November 20, 2008 at 01:58 AM

any one who didnt vote for lappy is as big an a$$hole as Bertuzzi.

Posted by blackgoldfan on November 19, 2008 at 07:48 PM

i'll give lappy a W. but this could be a draw it was real close

Posted by cmshort11 on November 19, 2008 at 11:02 PM

Laperriere wins, but good showing by Nystrom, two tuff guys.

Posted by Hell of a TILT on November 19, 2008 at 12:15 PM

Nystrom spent too much time trying to remove the elbow pad......and Laperriere got in a few good shots.....I give the edge to Lappy!!

Posted by ling2212 on November 19, 2008 at 09:39 AM

Good fight. Both landed a few shots, I call that a draw.

Posted by wannago_letsgo on November 19, 2008 at 12:28 PM

Nystrom did alright here, decent tilt, called it a draw Nystrom started out strong seemed to stutter a bit when lappy started throwing back but stayed in it.

Posted by brawler03 on November 19, 2008 at 12:53 AM

Good showing by both. Nystrom started early and Lappy came on strong during the middle but I gotta call it a draw after watching it a second time because Laperriere did seem to want the stripes to jump in while Nystrom still had energy.

Posted by FotiuNystrom on November 21, 2008 at 06:32 PM

Edge to Ian ~threw more n had Nystrom on the defensive most of the way.

Posted by Chupacabra on November 19, 2008 at 01:10 AM

If you got Laperriere and a can of beans....you got yourself a nice dinner of beans.

Posted by chad420 on November 20, 2008 at 05:09 PM

lappy with a win in a decent middleweight bout
