Not much of fight here, but I give a heads up to Cote for even going with Simon. It shows he is willing to take on anybod, however I'll give Simon the edge.

Not a great fight.
Simon does have land one more than Cote.
But not enough for the win, though.

Chris Simon vs Riley Cote

Bootland and Cote are lined up beside each other having some words, then Simon comes in and switches sides with Bootland. Simon and Cote have some words, and drop their gloves. They square off for a short bit, and eventually grab on. They each get it going with lefts, exchanging one by one, Cote connecting with the better of them. After that, Simon loses his balance, falling to his knees, causing Cote to fall, and the linesmen come in.

Edge to Simon, though neither one really got a whole lot of shots in.
Would it ever be great to Simon get back to the heavyweight he once was, too bad it won't happen.

Simon landed more punches then fell down on his own. I give Simon this one, Cote will probably get another chance to prove himself.

Cote didn't really throw a whole lot. Threw 3, maybe 4 punches, that didn't land, before Simon went to the ice. Meanwhile, Simon threw 7 punches and landed at least 6. Simon a clear winner in this one.

Simon rocked Riley's face with two CLEAN, CURT punches. Great intro for Simon. He made this clean work, Riley desperately tried to do something, but was unable to get anything going. He drags Simon down in desperation, for fear of getting his bell rung again.

SIMON 10
RILEY 6
