Comments: They get the sticks up and shove each other before dropping the gloves near the blueline. They grab on as Boogaard throws an uppercut, right cross, and two body shots while Vandermeer misses with a locked-out right. Boogaard throw four rights with of them landing as they wrestle up against the glass. Boogaard throws another right as Vandermeer connects with four jersey-jabs. Boogaard throws five more rights, connecting with three while Vandermeer is bent over. Vandermeer stands up straight and throws a left before Boogaard connects with a big right that sends Vandermeer to the ice.

Booger dominated. Looked like Vander couldn't figure out what to do.

Vandermeer is pathetic. Domination by Boogaard, ending in a KO

Vandermeer was really taken to the cleaners by Boogaard. It looked all so easy for him.

Gotta give Vandy an A for effort, but it was a big size mismatch. It's hard to win when your punches really don't reach the target. Boogaard is a very large individual. Wish Probert was still around to take on Boogaard.

Who the hell voted for Vand...anyway...good energy in the scrap and at least Vand was throwing punches and trying.

There is just no chance against Boogaard when he's got you up against the boards like that. That fight would have ended way quicker if Boogaard hadn't pinned him up.
