Behind the play along the boards, the two come together and start chatting before they drop the gloves. They exchange jersey-jabs before McGrattan throws 3-4 rights. Boogaard throws two rights before the two exchange right hands. McGrattan connects with some jersey-jabs and Boogaard throws a right that hits the side of McGrattan's helmet. They exchange right hands some more before McGrattan lands a few more jersey-jabs. McGrattan throws 4-5 rights to the back and side of Boogaard's head as Boogaard tries to move away from the punches. Boogaard then almost loses his balance as McGrattan throws four more rights with two of them landing. McGrattan lands two jersey-jabs and a right before Boogaard returns fire with two rights to the back of McGrattan's head. The two begin to exchange right hands once again as Boogaard connects with a big right that knocks McGrattan to the ice. Boogaard lands another right while they are falling.

you can loose all 9 rounds and knock the guy out in the 10th and still win.

Awesome! McGrattan had Boogaard all the way until that frigging bomb came out of nowhere and dropped McGrattan. Boogaard with the win and a lot of respect for hanging in there like he did. The guy took some serious shots and still managed the tko.

Another day, another fight, another Boogaard victory, though McGratton gave him a run for his money. Wasn't Boogaard must convincing win but he'll tell you himself, a win's a win.

Two great fighters... The thing about Boogaard is that he takes more hits than he gives but when he gives a hit it often is highlight reel material. He takes hits really well and has endurance. His major weakness is his balance.

Mcgrattan is simply a great fighter, on of the best and his fighting his respectable.

One of my favorite fights from the last several years. The finishing blow and the camera angle to document it is one of the best.

It is really funny how different announcers are biased and spin things towards their team, I like the Minnesota telecast because the camera angles are better.

I love how Boogaard just takes punches left and right, and still has the poise to land that final smash. God I love watching him fight.
