Comments: The two come to face to face at the blueline and drop the gloves in front of the Columbus net. Shelley grabs ahold of Boogaard and throws two rights to start things off. Boogaard responds with a right of his own and they go back and forth with long rights. They then exchange some jersey-jabs before Boogaard connects with a hard body shot. They exchange some more rights before they tie each other up and grapple for position. Boogaard gets his right hand free and starts firing away with long rights while Shelley tries to duck away from the punches and throw some lefts of his own. Boogaard gets Shelley turned around and lands four hard body shots just before Shelley throws a right. Boogaard then lands a right cross that stuns Shelley and the two hold on until the linesmen come in.

Comments: Behind the play they drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other near the side boards. Svitov attempts a locked-out right just before Veilleux throws two long rights that miss the target. Svitov throws about nine straight rights towards the back and side of Veilleux's head, but Veilleux is able to manuever his way around most of the shots. The two exchange rights and then wrestle around for the remainder of the fight until the linesmen decide to intervene.

Comments: Ivanans harasses Boogaard right after the faceoff and the two push off of each other before dropping the gloves. Ivanans grabs ahold of Boogaard's jersey and throws two rights with Boogaard returning fire with a right as well. They then go back and forth with rights until Boogaard starts pulling away with three rights and an uppercut that Ivanans tries to move away from. Ivanans misses with a right hook and Boogaard responds with a right just before Ivanans drags him over to the boards. The rest of the fight is all Boogaard as he starts landing rights and uppercuts at will. Ivanans stands in there and lands two rights of his own, but Boogaard has done enough. Other Penalties: Ivanans received a hooking.

Comments: O'Brien drops his gloves and goes after Boogaard because of an almost knee-on-knee hit on another player that just happened when Boogaard was skating by. Boogaard drops his mitts and the two lock horns. O'Brien goes down to a knee, gets back up, and throws a short right as he is content to just hold onto Boogaard. O'Brien goes down to a knee again and hangs off of Boogaard, allowing Boogaard to connect with downwards right. O'Brien falls to the ice and the linesmen are quick to get in there and break things up. Other Penalties: O'Brien received an instigator and misconduct; Boogaard a kneeing.

Comments: Fedoruk drops a glove and grabs Boogaard by the back of his jersey in retaliation for an earlier hit. Boogaard skates away and Fedoruk runs into him against the boards after the whistle. They drop the gloves and the two exchange right hands. Boogaard connects with a right cross and a jersey-jab and Fedoruk stumbles backwards. Fedoruk loses his grip on Boogaard's jersey and Boogaard takes advantage, connecting with a hard right that sends Fedoruk falling to the ice. Fedoruk stays on the ice holding his right eye for a moment and skates back to the dressing room. Boogaard is escorted to the penalty box and waves to the crowd. Fedoruk didn't return to the the game. Other Penalties: Fedoruk received an instigator, holding and misconduct.

Comments: The two drop the gloves and square off to the left side of the Phoenix net. Boogaard grabs ahold of Laraque's jersey and connects with a right just before throwing two more. Laraque responds with a wild left that knocks Boogaard's helmet off, but Boogaard loses his balance and goes down to his knees, allowing Laraque to throw a flurry of three quick lefts while Boogaard is getting back up to his feet. Boogaard gets Laraque turned around and connects with a right to the back of his helmet, but Laraque quickly rights himself and throws five short rights to the top of Boogaard's head. Laraque then pushes Boogaard down to the ice and the linesmen quickly come in.

Comments: They drop the gloves right off the faceoff, grab on and get in tight. Boogaard gets off a couple of rights, high and low as Godard tries to get his arm free. Godard gets a few rights off, but they come up short. Boogaard then lands a left and switches back to the right, landing a few high and mixing in one body shot. Boogaard lands a couple of more rights while Godard tries to get his own rights in that don't seem to reach. Boogaard mixes in a couple of more high and low rights and Godard slips his right arm inside Boogaard's grip. Godard then lands two hard shots and Boogaard goes to a knee, only to get up quickly. Godard quickly lands a couple of more shots sending Boogaard back to his knees. Godard then drags Boogaard down to prevent him from getting up again as the linesmen move in to break it up. After a moment in the penalty box, Boogaard went to the lockerroom and did not return to the game.

Comments: The two line up next to each other on the faceoff and right after the puck drops they quickly shed the sticks and gloves. They grab ahold of one another and Boogaard starts things off with a right cross. They go back and forth with rights and Boogaard switches things up, connecting with a body shot. They exchange some more rights until Godard switches hands and connects with two lefts that knock Boogaard's helmet off. They go back and forth once more with a mix of jabs and hard rights. Boogaard then gets Godard's jersey over his head and connects with a right. They lose their balance and fall to the ice. Boogaard gets in two rights while they are down and the linesmen are quick to get in there and prevent anything else from happening.

Comments: Green takes runs at Nick Schultz and Petteri Nummelin along the boards, prompting Veilleux to give him a shot from behind. Green turns around and the two drop the gloves, grabbing ahold of each along the glass. They wrestle for a short while, each fighter trying to get loose while exchanging a body shot each. They continue to struggle to get free until Green lands a right to the top of Veilleux's head. Green locks Veilleux out again and they grapple until the linesmen come in and end the fight. Other Penalties: Veilleux received a cross checking.

Comments: A scrum develops along the boards near the benches and out of it come Veilleux and Kaleta. They grab ahold of each other and drop the gloves. Kaleta gets in an early left and then rips Veilleux's helmet off. Veilleux pins Kaleta up against the boards and throws three straight rights while Kaleta tries to move away and block the shots. They wrestle around until Kaleta throws a left to the back of Veilleux's head, allowing Veilleux to throw another right. Kaleta comes back with two overhand rights at a bent over Veilleux. Kaleta then gets in an uppercut just as they lose their balance and fall to the ice with the linesmen right there to grab them and end the fight.

Comments: Right off of the faceoff they drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other next to the benches. King starts things off with three quick rights and Boogaard responds with three rights of his own that knock King's helmet off. King pumps away with the jersey-jab and Boogaard throws two overhand rights. Boogaard gets in an uppercut and King shakes his elbow pad off. They grapple in-tight until Boogaard gets loose and throws two rights to the back of King's head. Boogaard then connects with a hard uppercut that is followed up by a mix of rights and uppercuts after that. Boogaard then connects with five straight body shots with King landing a short right to the back of Boogaard's head after the flurry. Boogaard connects with two more body shots and King tries to keep him close. Boogaard gets free and throws a left cross that misses. They fight to keep their balance for a moment and Boogaard then connects with five more body shots to the left side of King. King is able to get Boogaard's jersey over his head, but Boogaard gets off a right and the linesmen intervene shortly after.

Comments: Niklas Backstrom stops a Toby Petersen shot and a scrum develops to the side of the Wild net just as the whistle blows to stop play. Thoresen and Radivojevic get the sticks up on the side and then drop the gloves. Radivojevic starts things off with a flurry of six rights and an uppercut to a bent over Thoresen. Thoresen stops Radivojevic from throwing by connecting with a blind overhand right that knocks Radivojevic's helmet loose. Radivojevic goes down to his knees for a moment, but is able to work his way back to his feet. They each throw two rights while spinning around. Thoresen throws another right to the back of Radivojevic's head. Thoresen then gets turned around and turtles to the ice with Radivojevic getting in a right just before the linesmen come in and break things up.

Comments: Right off of the faceoff they drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other at center ice. They grapple in-tight and Stortini throws two short lefts to the side of Boogaard's head. They take each other's helmets off and continue to wrestle around in close quarters. Stortini throws an overhand right and Boogaard responds with a right to the back of a bent over Stortini's head. Boogaard gets in an uppercut followed by two more rights to a still bent over Stortini. Stortini attempts a single-leg takedown on Boogaard, but Boogaard is able to keep his balance. Stortini connects with a right just before he loses his balance and falls to the ice. Boogaard goes down with him and gets in a right just as the linesmen are jumping on top of the two.
