Two tired guys showing their street smarts over the long term. Slight edge in quality of punches and picking of spots by Belak, but not enough of an advantage to give either a clear win. Although I do find it interesting that, up until this point, no one, including the homers, has seen fit to vote for a Boogey win

Boogie had mixed it up earlier in the game with Boynton. Belak got the better shots in but Boogie had an assist on an earlier goal, so he's probably happier for that. It was his first point in 50 games.

Belak takes a decisioin with a smart technical fight that other guys will try to copy to fight Boogy....he almost fought him like BGL using a soft spin cycle and mostly left hands and a sprinlking of rights...he kept him off balance which was the key

Win Belak

Belak! I like how he kept him off balance and still landed big shots. I think Belak gets the win by a very slim margin.

nice fight. looks like Belak broke his hand on Boogards helmet there at the end.

Despite a lot of pauses for breath taking, unbalancing attempts and defensive repositioning, these two guys had a good one. Belak definately was more concerned with keeping his noggin safe than Boogaard was, but each time Boogard got aggressive Belak took advantage and got the better of the punches during the exchange. Edge Belak, though props to Boogie for being the more willing combatant.

Belak by the slimmest of margins. He had a little more control and some of his punches definetly rocked the Boogeyman.

A solid fight, long one!
Belak used his momentum's well.
Bogaard threw his typical haymakers, he lands some.
No winner.

Belak looked pretty good there

Close until Belak lands one or two more quality shots. Specifically the ones that did a number on Boog's right eye and knocked out one of his teeth. Win Belak.

Wow. The Boogeyman gets messed up. Is Belak climbing back up the tuffguy ladder again? I think maybe yes. I wonder if the bogey man is 100% yet after last season.

Boogaard looks like a gorilla out there flinging his arms around and hoping to connect........Belak definitely gets the win in the battle of Saskatchewan!!

I give the win to Belak, he got a lot more good punches in.
