Good fight and hard to pick a winner. Brashear might have edged him.

Brash gets the win in this one. This is the best fight Brash has been in all year.

Thornton actually gets a few good shots in there early, but Brash just kind of takes over after that. Pretty good scrap. Win to Bushy Brows himself

Brash was bit better but not enough for the win.
A DRAW, as Thornton landed two nice rights to the start as they goes toe to toe.
Brash got a good flurry, landing punches to the back of Thorntons head.
Thornton comesback with good right.
Brash took Thornton to the ice.

How does anyone vote for Brashear in this fight? At best it was a draw and that is a stretch. Thornton clearly had more effective power punches. Clear victory in my book

Pretty close, but Brashear landed more at the end.

Good bout! Draw in my book, maybe a slight edge to Brashear but not enough to sway me.

Both throwing toe-to-toe. Noce shots landed by both. Draw.

Ok, this is one of the best fights of the year and also one of the most controversial because the voting on it is so skewed.

If you go to the community boards, you can find a clip of the slow mo for this fight and clearly see which punches land, which punches hit helmet and who knocks who down. Don't take my word for it, watch the slow mo.

This fight is a classic draw. Both fighters landed punches and both fell at the same time. Brashear does NOT win this fight at all, if anything, more of a case can be made for Thornton as he knocks Donnie down and certainly has a size disadvantage, and lands the better punches. rash has a good chin and takes those punches well. When he switches hands, it throws Thornton off balance and Donnie lands a couple to the back of the head. Big deal.

The problem here is the homers and fans of Brashear will vote him the win despite him clearly NOT winning. I am as objective as they come and try to vote these fights honestly and there is no clear winner here. Remember, this isn't boxing boys and girls, it's a spontaneous hockey fight where edges and points are not scored but rather, wins, losses, and most of the time, draws.

good fight.

here we can see Brash on his own - with smaller guy. He's a goon.

Several lefts by Thorton at the beginning of the fight landed cleanly, the rest was pretty even. For those of you who think Brashear hitting Thorton on the back of his head is winning a fight, think again.
