D.J. King vs Shawn Thornton

Thornton always goes for the headlock, why doesn't anyone criticize that, like Laraque throwing people down???? Anyway D.J. broke free and still couldn't get the win. D.J. early, Thornton late, ends in a draw to me.

Though they landed about same amount of punches.

Good tilt. I gave it to the Thornton. I thought he landed a couple of nice rights at the end. Notice the one where King's left is all the way across his body, and Thornton drops a right in over the top. I thought King would win this one before I watched it, but he didn't land anything clean. Both were pretty gassed at the end, huh? I forgot to mention in the Lucic post, he got 3rd star in the game. Was that just for the fight?

Way to much jersey pulling. Disappointing from those two.

Not a bad bout. Good to see Thornton back in the B's line-up. I think King will win this battle 9 out of 10 times though, as he is a more skilled fighter.

IT WAS GOOD TO SEE THORNTON NOT THROW THAT LAST PUNCH HE HAD OPEN. PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DROPPED KING.LOL
