Comments: The puck is about to be cleared out of the Blues' zone and these two drop the gloves. They grab ahold of each other quickly and start exchanging rights. The first couple from each miss before both connect with one. They pause for a moment before exchanging rights once again with a methodical pace and King landing the harder shots. They pause once more before Hordi throws a body shot, countered by and overhand right by King. Hordi then goes up top, with King returning fire and knocking Hordichuk off-balance and to the ice. The linesmen come in immediately to end it.

Behind the play the two drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other right away, going back and forth with rights to start things off. They stop throwing for a moment and Hordichuk throws an uppercut. King comes back with a right and a body shot. Hordichuk returns fire with a right that almost knocks him off balance and King tries to counter that with a right cross that misses downward followed by a pair of quick rights. The two exchange another set of rights and King goes with the jersey-jab a couple of times for a short moment. King throws a short right and Hordichuk tries an uppercut again inside but just misses. The two stop throwing for a few seconds until they go back and forth with wild rights until Hordichuk falls to the ice. The linesmen intervene and the two are sent their separate ways.

King has emerged as a very thugish fighter. He is the classic goon looking guy. He clearly wins this fight against hordichuk who is a very good fighter.

King is for real....after watching this fight i love Hordi more...the guy stood in did his job and took his lumps against a bigger man. King gets the clear win and perhaps a TKO but not sure what the defintion is.

Hordichuk is not the fighter he was a few years ago. He has had a lot of injuries. He still is among the best in the NHL - especially for an undersized guy. He landed some nice shots on King. It looks like King has a chin. I don't think those shots at the end hurt Hordichuk so no KO or TKO- but close to a TKO maybe. I don't think this is the best fight of the year but it may be top 5.

I came within a hair of voting draw but gave King the "w" because he landed the best single punch and seemed to have more solid footing hence (maybe) his punches carried more impact. A good heavyweight tilt. The early camera work is from too far to tell so i relied on the written description that no one landed.

This King has a great style. He holds his opponent at arms length with good balance, seemingly willing to take some to unload a wicked looking right. He has the makings of an exciting top ten perennial threat.

Hordi is a warrior but King was more smarter/sharper here to getting a win.
It's more even than decisively fight.
A great fight, no kidding.
King had better control all the time.
He did land one right heavily to the face/cheek of Hordi.
Hordi goes down missing his right.
NARROW WIn to King.

Great stuff here...Hordicuk with heart as always, giving up alot of size. Kings combination of size, ability and accuracy just too much here. Horduchuk not bad at all, not once did he try to tie up. Hats off to each fighter.

Solid effort by both players but King size gives him the edge.

Very close fight with both guys landing shots. The punch at the end by king never did land, hordy lost his balance while throwing his last punch. This one is a draw.
