When you take 5 punches to the side of your face and you go down, you didn't win the fight. Why some of you people vote the way you do. I'll never understand.

Posted by goon10 on December 13, 2007 at 08:08 AM

That looked like Shrek vs Prince Charming...

Posted by BStreetBullies on December 13, 2007 at 11:34 AM

Kd win for Brash, nice T2T battle.

Posted by mduda96 on December 15, 2007 at 04:16 AM

So he gets a black eye...but the first five punches Colton got in would've effed up anyone but Brash. Mr. Orr has balls of steel!

Posted by egdirdle6667 on December 13, 2007 at 03:40 PM

Why keep taking lefts to the head, smart move by Orr by going down, he knew he was done! Good fight for both! Brash just to good and tough!

Posted by billy jack on December 13, 2007 at 05:14 AM

i thought orr was bigger, but i guess it is just his heart that is huge,he looked small compared to brashear, orr had it early on,brashear got him with some shots to the back of the head and those hurt,it doesnt look like my westener has the size to fight brashear,he needs wendel and roberts speed.

Posted by SirYohans on December 13, 2007 at 05:08 PM

I agree with my man "ManyStyles." Orr gets my respect all day for going for it with anyone, anytime. I don't cosider Brashear and Laraque the best fighters in the league and here's why. THEY BOTH TEND TO USE THEIR GORILLA STRENGTH TO PULL THE OTHER GUY DOWN AND THEN POUND THE BACK OF THEIR JERSEY AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE DOMINATING... BUT THAT'S NOT T2T IN MY EYES. No, actually Brash looked more decent in this one, but he does use that bullsit Laraque technique often. The best fighters in the league are the ones who go for it and of course that means they're gonna lose some naturally, not ones who use some cheesey move to avoid losing. Get it? ORR, GODARD, PETERS, BOOGARD & OK... BRASHEAR when he fights like this. Gotta Go, Peace! B-WAY BLUESHIRTS RULE, U SUCKAS...

good fight

Posted by wannago on December 13, 2007 at 04:53 PM

Steroids. Please, someone test Brashear. Quit worrying about baseball players. Brashear is on the JUICE. Look at his face. Any normal puckbag with no medical knowledge can see that he is blown up like a silverback gorilla on a roid rage. Orr was horrible as well.

Posted by Behn Wilson on February 12, 2009 at 11:07 PM

Carear domination...you figure he'd just eventually stop trying.

Posted by trpaulson on December 16, 2007 at 10:07 PM

Brashear wins a beat down.

Posted by Frostybubbler on December 15, 2007 at 12:35 PM

Brashear was just too big for Orr. Once the big guy got leverage, it was all over.

Posted by ShuterMcGav on February 12, 2009 at 07:18 PM

Sad to say win to the soul man

Posted by KBelanger16 on February 12, 2009 at 07:16 PM

Orr got in a few good licks, Brashear seemed like he didn't know which way to go until towards the end and pummeled Orr

Posted by Bleak5170 on December 13, 2007 at 08:06 AM

Total domination by Brashear. Orr should know better.

Posted by waynegibbous on December 13, 2007 at 08:44 AM

Colton should stay in his lane.

Posted by hockey doc on December 13, 2007 at 08:50 AM

Orr gets hammered again. Orr cant play or fight with the big boys in this league, he belongs in the minors, which is where he'll be come playoff time.

Posted by Chaotic8 on December 13, 2007 at 11:08 AM

Nice start Orr, but you got your ass beat down.

Posted by Crazy_Canuck on February 01, 2008 at 01:38 AM

DOMINATION ORR!!! Couple punches throw by Orr shrugged off by Brashear and beats him down.

Posted by Gunslinger on December 17, 2007 at 07:50 AM

Brash starts slow but comes on hard and crushes Orr. No hugging from "the Donald", which is rare but how he finished is not. Love him or hate him, he is the champ. Not Georgie boy or the Boogeyman.

Posted by WildFan31 on December 13, 2007 at 05:21 PM

that looked ridiculous in slo-mo. that orr got his shiiit rocked.

Posted by chl37 on December 13, 2007 at 08:18 AM

orr faired better than expected, but went down hard in the end.

Posted by cage fighter on December 22, 2007 at 09:23 AM

old donald still kicking ass.

Posted by Juha82 on December 13, 2007 at 11:03 AM

Orr was okay, but it wasn't much against Brashear. You have to be an excellent if you want to win Brashear or more or less lucky guy too. Brashear with the clear win.

Posted by Bloodbank on December 13, 2007 at 04:29 AM

Orr gets things going with a flurry of rights with a few landing. Brashear comes back with several solid lefts and pounds Orr to the ice. Not even close. Over all too quickly. Clear decisive win for Brashear. BTW - nice to see all 23 voters voting for the clear winner.

Posted by Mack Seaton on December 13, 2007 at 05:58 PM

Another KO for Brashear.

Posted by Jointman on December 13, 2007 at 01:58 PM

how can anyone vote for Orr?? 10 out of 10 fights would go to Brash at anytime. Or is just not capable to fight him and will never be.

Posted by christopho on December 13, 2007 at 10:15 AM

brashear is a machine!!!!!!!

Posted by powpow on December 13, 2007 at 08:03 AM

Wow...that was a tilt. Donald TKO win...that one shot was smack on the button.

Posted by dropkick25 on December 13, 2007 at 10:46 PM

Like many Ranger fans,I hate The Donald, and love Orr and his guts, but Brash was too much for him in this one.

Posted by crashandbang on December 14, 2007 at 06:17 PM

Brash is almost in the same league as BGL, but not quite. TKO

Posted by Formerref on December 13, 2007 at 08:48 PM

Orr = Owned!!! Brash all the way!!

Posted by Riomouse911 on December 14, 2007 at 09:48 PM

Ouch!

Posted by brad houghton on December 13, 2007 at 10:27 AM

i hate Brash but if he fought like this more he would be one of my favorites.....give him props since i usually critisize him......he actually TRADED with the dangerous Orr which is not the safe way and takes ba11s...and yea he delivered a very solid beat down Hail Hail Brash (LOL)

Posted by NYR Fan on December 23, 2007 at 10:44 AM

Orr is the best fighter on the time but brasher just took him out late in the fight.

Posted by redwingjs on December 13, 2007 at 05:19 PM

Brashear ate a few punches from Orr then came back swinging, landed two good lefts that put Orr down. Props to Orr for taking on a bigger, better fighter though.

Posted by wayneface_killa on December 13, 2007 at 12:33 PM

Orr was mismatched in size really i guess. Brashear kinda got stunned early and then dominated the finish.

Posted by dcmac on December 13, 2007 at 03:13 PM

Bang bang bang bang out go the lights.

Posted by bddeca on December 15, 2007 at 11:01 AM

Orr must have rocks for brains. Orr, stay within in your class of tough guys, tough guy. I like the grit, but that is just embarrassing. Donald, good lesson taught to the pip!

Posted by capsfloors on December 13, 2007 at 07:10 AM

Orr early...Brash with the comeback and beatdown at the end....to Stingray: 2 words DP SUCKS!

Posted by thescotsman1 on December 13, 2007 at 11:15 PM

Gotta love Colton Orr, but this fight clearly goes to Brashear. He took the best of what Orr had to throw at him and then cleaned the kid's clock. Wondering what ever possessed Orr to take a shot at that big animal...

Posted by sahdwd2j on December 13, 2007 at 09:13 AM

Giveit up Orr!!!!! Brashear owns you everytime you try to fight him. You should be carrying his gear to the games. Look for a goalie if you want to win a fight!!!

Posted by tpr1960 on December 14, 2007 at 08:44 PM

How many times does Brashear have to kick Orr's ass ? I've seen him do it 10 times . Orr is average at best . Go Big Brash !!!!

Posted by bostonrs555 on December 14, 2007 at 12:18 AM

A question to the humanoids that voted for Orr....... WHAT COLOR IS THE SKY IN YOUR WORLD?!?!?!?!?!?

Posted by letsgoflyers48 on December 13, 2007 at 06:38 PM

good fight, Brashear threw some good punches at the end and knocked Orr down

Posted by LBFAN on December 14, 2007 at 07:22 PM

good fight. Orr "dominated" with a flurry of punches at the beginning, but the Donald just demolished him at the end. Brashear seems to have his number

Posted by udx3 on December 14, 2007 at 04:38 AM

brashear crushed him.

Posted by xxpurexhatexx on December 14, 2007 at 09:49 AM

decent fight, i agree with woodyskis . and also you guys wanted to Brashear win this anyways, so obviously thats what you would see, even if he got his ass wooped like he did a few years ago by i believe Brad Norton. and people still tried to vote on Brashear. but in this fight, Brashear won. hands down, only because of that one punch he landed on the button, if he didnt land that one punch he would ahve just grabbed on and pulled orr down like he does in every fight. Brashear is a bum, and really cant fight to save his life

Posted by Hkmert1 on December 22, 2007 at 09:55 AM

Brash bashes Orr in the head with those lefts.....sit down Orr..

Posted by RR20 on December 26, 2007 at 11:11 AM

brashear dominated ez

Posted by qmchugh on January 05, 2008 at 09:02 AM

Brashear takes a few early which only serves to piss him off and he responds big time.

Posted by Bud_W_Eiser on February 12, 2009 at 06:18 PM

Orr started strong; Brashear ended stronger

Posted by vaughn2003 on February 14, 2009 at 03:24 PM

good fight

Posted by DGetz on December 21, 2007 at 03:24 PM

Woody is exactly right - you can't take a flurry on punches and go down with the other guy standing over you and win.

Posted by Jake98 on December 13, 2007 at 02:11 AM

Brashear got better shots

Posted by mmaz24 on December 13, 2007 at 01:34 PM

Orr did not land any punches of significance. When Brash got the left going, he "used" Orr. I don't get Orr. He is a good fighter but he has a lot of trouble with certain fighters. Brash is undefeated against him.

Posted by radioactiverich on December 14, 2007 at 03:53 PM

How is the face Orr??? Beat down!

Posted by mAnYsTyLeS on December 14, 2007 at 02:05 PM

Colton Orr is not a big guy AT ALL and the fact that he has no problem fighting the 2 best fighters in the NHL (Brashear & Laraque) is a win in itself. His height is TOTALLY fabricated...he is NOT big at ALL! Watch the Rangers play and you'll see (or get an autograph). Orr was winning the fight in the beginning and I actually had high hopes but then that big mutant used his retard strength to put Orr away. I give this fight a draw because Colton was winning in the beginning and then The Mutant finished him off in the end. In my eyes Colton Orr gets a WIN for having the balls to fight the 2 best fighting mutants in the game. Peace [email protected]! Rangers own your team! lol

Posted by Bagratid on December 14, 2007 at 06:09 AM

Orr had the edge at the start but Brashear came back very strongly near the end. I'd give it a draw.

Posted by Boogeybacker on December 15, 2007 at 02:31 PM

BRASHEAR!!!!!!!! NEED I SAY MORE!!!!! OH YEAH WHO THE F**K VOTED ORR ANYWAY?

Posted by rocky7482 on December 14, 2007 at 12:16 PM

WOW....I haven't seen Orr get TKO'd like that, especially by grandpa Brashear! Good job by Brash to chuck instead of hugging like he often does....nice lesson for Orr, but he'll definitely seek Brashear out for a rematch soon!

Posted by foiledup on March 01, 2008 at 11:54 AM

Orr started out great but Brash finished him off. Fun to watch

Posted by oiled on March 25, 2008 at 10:12 PM

Orr starts with several big ones; then the teddy bear finishes with a few good ones.

Posted by 5minmajor22 on December 13, 2007 at 01:53 PM

It was kind of like in the movies when you give the tough guy a good shot or two and he smiles at you, spits out a tooth, and lets you have it... Orr had him early, but it didn't matter......... I hate Brashear, but its Brashear and LaRaque, then everybody else

Posted by The Peach on December 14, 2007 at 11:37 AM

orr got cranked! one thing about Don, you cannot let him churn that left, he will kill you. he is an extremely strong guy and he punches from the shoulder, not the hips. so if you let him get the overhand shots going, he'll put you down quick. orr knows better but got carried away trying to drop him. should be a good rematch before the end of the season.

Posted by riggs61a on December 13, 2007 at 07:36 AM

Orr got a few good ones in early Brash ended it late with huge shots. Win Brashear. God i hate that guy, cant wait till he is out of the league.

Posted by Avs Junkie on December 20, 2007 at 01:17 PM

Classic beatdown

Posted by Gblaze on December 13, 2007 at 10:51 PM

pshhh this is the exact reason why orr wouldnt have beat simon if he didnt slip that last fight. he can throw like a mean guy but cant take a single punch. brashear dropped him quick being the harder puncher on the inside. brashear hands down

Posted by IMPEACH on December 13, 2007 at 02:47 PM

Nice scrap. Orr is tough but Brashear is nasty in close. You can't stand up and trade with him.

Posted by Dovermv on December 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM

I hate Brashear but he looked really good in this fight. I try to talk bad about him any chance I get but I really don't see how anybody can vote against Brashear in this one.

Posted by steakbelly8000 on December 13, 2007 at 08:59 AM

I am a huge NY Rangers fan who and I love Orr and the way he'll fight any and all heavyweights, and win most of time... Having said that, I was at the game last night and was sitting 4 rows up from the ice, right where they fought... Orr landed a couple of good shots and did well in the beginning, but Brashear really finished strong, and hit Orr with 2 good ones, that pretty much ended it... Win, Donald... "Then I harrassed Brashear anyway, and since his jersey ripped, when they brought him a new jersey nd he tied it down, I told him to make sure he tied it to his panties..."... *LOL*...

Posted by drop_the_gloves on December 13, 2007 at 06:45 AM

Looks like Orr is still Brashear's biatch!

Posted by vrodack on December 13, 2007 at 03:50 AM

Orr in the beginning, Brashear ends it impressively.

Posted by mikebflorida on December 13, 2007 at 09:44 AM

TKO win for Brash. Orr hasn't looked good lately.

Posted by wishbone73 on December 14, 2007 at 03:39 PM

These guys don't like each other and it shows. Clear cut win for DB. Ther will be more. Good fight.

Posted by mikeyboylc on December 18, 2007 at 11:42 AM

good fight brash takes a few but comes back with some amazing lefts

Posted by goonery31 on December 13, 2007 at 12:54 PM

What do you mean Colton should no better, you win some you lose some. At least he has the nutz to go with the Donald, unlike 3/4 of the goons in this league.

Posted by Boogeyman2383 on December 13, 2007 at 08:18 PM

Great start by orr, ut excellent finish from brashear. Edge to brashear

Posted by mace14 on December 13, 2007 at 08:39 AM

Brashear all the way, i love how he just takes punches until he gets the hold that he wants and just starts going to town.

Posted by Fults on December 13, 2007 at 01:57 AM

Wow! Orr took it to Brashear out of the gate... 3 punches from Brashear later, Orr needs an ice pack. I love watching Orr fight... and subsequently getting torn apart.

Posted by armyman on December 13, 2007 at 04:19 PM

Brash stills proves he is one of the best.

Posted by WayAbvPar on December 13, 2007 at 05:01 PM

Why would anyone fight Brashear without some sort of weapon?

Posted by Suprimeau on December 13, 2007 at 10:42 AM

Nice fight by both players. Brashear is a beast, propps to Orr.

Posted by NekoZ on December 13, 2007 at 06:55 PM

"i hate Brash but if he fought like this more he would be one of my favorites.....give him props since i usually critisize him......he actually TRADED with the dangerous Orr which is not the safe way and takes ba11s...and yea he delivered a very solid beat down" Completely agree with ya'. Nice see Brash stand tall and take them, then throw them back without just getting in close and unleashing some lefts.

Posted by Nightmare on February 08, 2008 at 02:13 PM

Brashear with a great chin shakes off a few nice early shots than just beats Orr into the ice with that left. Colton Orr, one of the best on the block these days stopped by the dominating strength and power of Brashear, one of the badest in recent NHL history.

Posted by RPULTZ on March 20, 2008 at 08:50 PM

Brashear can take it but prefers to dish it out. A big serving of Whoop! Orr had the Street fighter II announcer saying to him "You Lose"

Posted by Hendokilla666 on November 23, 2008 at 12:10 PM

not exactly annihilation but brash with the clear win. not like colt wouldnt have another go, and if they do ill bet dollars to donuts colt puts that old timer on his ass. brash still has a nasty left, but hes getting slower and slower every year

Posted by MajorGroove on February 12, 2009 at 02:43 PM

Wow, Brashear has no glass jaw that's for sure! Orr pounds Brash with all he has and Brash come back to KO Orr. Good stuff! Scored it an 8.

Posted by brawler03 on December 13, 2007 at 10:48 AM

Wow. Great fight. Orr's flurry of punches at the beginning didn't really seem to faze Brashear. Brash unloaded at the end and won that one pretty decisively.

Posted by Bruins29 on December 13, 2007 at 03:17 PM

Orr landed a few shots to start the bout off, but Brashear bashed his face several times to finish it. In my mind, Brash is the heavyweight champ of the NHL.

Posted by NotoriousT on December 13, 2007 at 02:39 AM

Orr Was Doing Alright At First Then Brash Just Got Mad I Guess. Win Brash

Posted by SCOTTSO on December 13, 2007 at 07:42 AM

Posted by caps512 on December 13, 2007 at 08:32 AM

Posted by averybear on April 08, 2008 at 10:36 PM

Orr starts great, too bad Brashear's head is made of stone! Brashear with the KO

Posted by DetroitIan on December 14, 2007 at 11:18 PM

Brashear annhiliated Orr. Orr better think twice before ever droppin em with big Donald again. Unless he wants to get dropped again.

Posted by CAPSxV3N0Mx on October 11, 2008 at 10:10 AM

orr needs to stick with cote and all the other wannabe fighters in the league brash is WAY out of his league! - win brash all the way

Orr is a good fighter but not in the class of Brashear or Laraque. Orr started out strong but Brashear just got the better of him . Great fight, though. Orr has balls to want to go with him. Looking forward to a rematch.

Posted by watchtheleft on December 14, 2007 at 01:17 PM

Posted by Rebel Banker on December 13, 2007 at 05:35 PM

WOW...WIN DONNIE B... EVERYTIME I THINK ORR IS READY TO BECOME THE H/W CHAMP HE GOES AND CATCHES A BEATIN LIKE THIS ANS REMONDS ME HE'LL ALWAYS BE A NOTCH BELOW THE BIG BOYS... I MEAN HOLY SHIT...I THOUGHT ORR HAD ENOUGH OF A KNOCKOUT PUNCH THAT IF CAUGHT BGL OR BRASH HE'D FLOOR 'EM...HE HAD SEVERAL CLEAN SHOTS AND BRASH BUT BRASH DOESN'T EVEN FLINCH THEN PROCEEDS TO HAND ORR HIS ARSE

Posted by BattleAxe13 on December 13, 2007 at 10:55 PM

Wow Brash can still throw them hard! I thought at the beginning that Colton was ready to move up the ladder in the heavyweight ranks but good ol Brash beat him down. Great showing by both though. Pretty damn good fight.

Posted by dchockeyfan on December 13, 2007 at 03:38 PM

Great fight for Brash. Orr really never did much damage while Brash was getting his grip. Give Orr credit for taking Brash on time and time again because he tends to catch a beating everytime. Alot of people are saying Orr is small. If you check his stats, he's 6' 3" compared to Brash at 6' 2". Brash looks much bigger because he stands straight up when he fights while orr has a much wider stance and was hunched over.

Posted by gongshoweric on December 14, 2007 at 06:03 PM

Brashear takes a few on that rock of a head he has then has enough, pummeling Orr to the ground

Posted by corruptedyouth on December 15, 2007 at 12:15 PM

i despise Brash, hes a real piece of shit... but damn he can fight, to drop Orr you gotta be tough. Win is for him.

Posted by dogace on December 13, 2007 at 11:33 AM

Posted by barnibizer on December 16, 2007 at 05:35 AM

IMO this proves Brashear is no.1...Brash took everything Orr had to offer with ease then layed him out. Just wish he'd fight more to prove his dominance. Brashear...Current heavyweight champ

close fight but brash takes it

Posted by eggers on December 13, 2007 at 03:34 PM

Posted by stingray on December 13, 2007 at 02:01 AM

Colton Orr got his # knocked in the dirt. A complete A##s whoopin! It's nice to see the Ranger Filth get thrown around like a rag doll then completely waxed as he covers up like a little girl. I think this is fight #5 against Brashear and the loser Orr is 0-5. Sweetness, Yeah Baby!

Posted by Big_Goon on December 13, 2007 at 02:50 PM

I surprised more Orr sniffers haven't chimed in about how 'close' this fight was. Orr threw a few ineffective punches while Brashear got a grip. Once Brashear had his grip... TOTAL DOMINATION.

Posted by Brashearfan on December 13, 2007 at 11:01 AM

When is Orr going to learn that he is Brash's personal punching bag. Clear victory Brashear!

Posted by dgclarke on December 13, 2007 at 03:29 PM

Brashear is a freakin monkey! biggest a-hole out there, gives no respect to fellow players. Someone please end his pathetic career!
