Kovalchuk gets back to his feet and grabs Stafford. They drop the gloves and Kovalchuk throws two rights at a bent over Stafford. Stafford fires back with a right. Kovalchuk gets in two more rights while Stafford falls to the ice.

Really not much of a fight. But the "W" goes to Kovalchuk for sure. If Stafford has stayed on his feet, it might have been a decent scrap. Nice to see Ilya throwing a few bombs. Gotta love that.

He had a clear pure adrenaline here, which causes well the win for him.

stafford. was trying to step up for tillinder. ended up gettin his ass kicked. hes tried this before with chris neil and other people.
he shouldnt drop the gloves. he doesnt usually win...

you'll 'win' every time if don't give the other guy time to drop his gloves.. not an evenly started fight, so the outcome doesn't matter.

I hesitated between Draw and Kovalchuk because Stafford wasnt expecting that.. But Kovalchuk won
