Have to agree with Lancz. This site is nice, but maybe the comments and the voting should be turned off. Because who in their right mind can vote for Stafford on this one? Well, the ones who think the comments are for cheering on their own team. Go somewhere else, and stop messing with the comments.

funny to watch Rivet skating around and searching hardly for his own guy. poor man, everyone on the ice is brawling and only non-fghting veteran Lidstrom is available.

you wings fans are retarded he didn't swing and then stafford went down...stafford tripped and then ericsson swung while he was on the ground making him a b!tch. Stafford wouldn't start punching someone unless they were being a douche bag..Rivet should have just beat the hell out of him. YOU dont know anything about hockey fights because your team never gets into any because they're a bunch of little *****s

i think its interesting how the vote is 60/40 for staford yet not one person has voted for a draw. why?

im going draw because there wasnt much of a fight

When McCarty is back you will see the fire, and the fighter. Even at 35 36 years of age he can bring with the best

As a Buffalo fan its good to see them actually going after someone, but there was nothing wrong with the hit. Stafford punches Ericsson when he's not looking, Ericsson punches Stafford while he's on the ground, looks like it evened out. Crap fight, I gave it a draw

Ericsson thumped him. He's a big mean boy. The Wings finally got a big mean defenseman. You Sabres fans are delusional, that wasn't even a fight.. It was a beat down.

That video doesn't show much, but from what it does show, Ericsson was the clear winner. Also, Butler should learn what a clean hit is and not start a pointless scrum.
