Bortuzzo was landing the better shots until he lost his balance, ending the fight....

Posted by Evannn on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Close and very solid bout but willy takes yet another one

Great fight, Wilson won

As a completely unbiased fan, I declare Tom Wilson the unanimous winner.

Did I watch the same fight as these homer announcers. Lol. Draw.

BORTUZZO i dont have a horse here. not by much either

Posted by BLKNGLD on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Finally Bortuzzo wins a fight that matters. Tom is dangerous but struck out tonight.

Posted by Steve Davis on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Way to stick up for teammates Borts!!! Wilson has a lot of payback coming from around the league for his dirty play.

Posted by Matt The Kraken on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wilson wound up on top but that was because Bortuzzo was gassed and lost balance. Wilson lost his helmet, which was kinda cool.

Posted by Mounty in NC on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Bortuzzo or a Draw... how the H3LL did anyone actually vote for Wilson here??? Notice how Wilson went after someone he knew he could beat.. obviously wasn't expecting Bortuzzo to step in. Bortuzzo and a 5

Posted by Kelso97 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wilson clear win he landed the hardest blows. Bortuzzo’s a plug

Posted by Jojoe42 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wilson was slightly better but he’s still a piece of shit. So glad Bortzy stepped up to this fucker. Tom Wilson is the only player I wish bad things on in the NHL.

Posted by dyerardi on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Darren Pang- sorry, you're wrong. This was about Bortuzzo stepping in for Perron at that moment. This was not Bortuzzo going after Wilson in the name of revenge. period

Posted by Orr Fourever on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wasn't one of Toms better efforts. win Tuzzer...

Posted by battleshipkelly on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

As a completely unbiased fan, I declare Tom Wilson a unanimous douche bag .

Posted by Jkamp#00# on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Good average hockey fight that ended in a draw. Didn't look to me that eighter guy over powered the other.

Posted by Detroit_Caps on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

What the hell are they “retaliating” for? Wilson got almost 20 games for that stupid kid skating through center ice with his down and paying the price for it. Wasn’t much one as Willie gets the win

Posted by rowbearprobear on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

For all you Big Tom haters; live by the sword, die by the sword. He takes as well as receives. Good tilt here. Draw.

Posted by ilovefights on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Props to Wilson here he took a slapper off the arm like 2 minutes before this tilt. Solid effort all around from both guys. Don't know about the guy saying Wilson didn't land anything, he drops a hard punch/forearm into Bort's face. I guess people just see what they want to see. Draw, solid tilt from both ends.

Posted by jawhockey on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

I give Wilson the upper hand on that fight, Wilson landed punches while Bortuzzo missed on most. You can tell you were in St. Louis sportscasters had Bortuzzo killing Wilson. LOL

I was bored so I figured I would entertain myself by checking out the comments on Wilson's latest fight... Lemme say this: The trolls did not disappoint. For the record, Wilson actually AVOIDS contact with a Blues player while Perron is breathing down his neck, trying to initiate something. Once Wilson realizes he's there, he turns to face him. This happens off camera, but we know that Wilson eventually dances with Bortuzzo instead, once 41 comes to 57's aid. It's a good thing he did, since we all know Perron wouldn't have been able to see well enough to fight Wilson because of that stylish tinted visor that he wears... Speaking of which, Perron probably gets so much crap for being a Canadian hockey player that wears a tinted visor. But last night, it probably proved helpful in reducing the glare from Wilson's Stanley Cup ring that he won at Perron's expense.

Wilson lands maybe 2 punches with Borts landing 2 or 3, including one that knocks Tommy's lid off. Close fight, but edge Bortuzzo.

Posted by Nuckles88 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Ever watch a fight and hope both guys lose? That would be this one

Posted by nait on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

One of the better fights this year but I wouldn’t be happy with the response by Bortuzzo. I’d be satisfied when Wilson was bleeding and down for the cheap hit he put out preseason

Posted by Louie Guordo on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Pretty even tilt...Draw for sure.

Posted by mo_town on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

One of the better fights this year. To close to call a winner.

Posted by hollidad on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wilson landed more meaningful hits, saw a lot of swing and misses from Bortuzzo.. Very close, Wilson with the edge

Posted by dogginit on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wilson is a way better player and a better fighter, he proved both. bortuzzo could hardly stand up on his skates

Posted by Jellyczar on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

fair bout ... Wilson with slight edge

Posted by GreatMurray on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

LOL...Jack Edwards must have trained the St. Louis guy. Good fight. I wish my Red Wings had both these guys. They both are fearless. Wilson is the better hockey player. Contrary to the St. Louis Homer Wilson landed the best shots of the two and gets the win from me. Bortuzzo missed a couple that may have stopped Wilson's watch but no cigar. It was a bull chit suspension for a good hockey hit on another moron that thinks you can skate around the ice with your head down. Bortuzzo should or one of his mates should have called Wilson to the dance floor then. If Bettman would retire to his loge at the Bolshoi ballet with Kenny Holland, we could get rid of the instigator garbage and the let the players handle this stuff.

Posted by Kyleg on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Decent fight. Both guys swinging and landing. I wouldn’t argue this if you called it a draw. I gave Robert the slight edge here but it was close.

Posted by steppenwolf99 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

garbage video of fight, chopped. Bortuzzo starts it off w a upper cut, does a good job intially of locking Wilson out.solid shots thrown by both,Bortuzzo wins a close one.

Posted by Notsince15 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Bortuzzo quakifying his existence and still loses. Typical Blues bout. Both deserve to get knocked out but Blues player fights to not lose.

Posted by MrFrostyDog on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

I'll give this to Bortuzzo, but it was close. It helps that Bortuzzo got the jump on Wilson, kind of starting the fight. Overall, very close fight, some good haymakers in there. I still think Wilson's a piece of shit and want to see him and Ross Johnston fight

Posted by Hockeymaniac on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Wilson is scared to fight Johnston.... he hid from boulton for years and now all he fights is a bunch of nobody's!!! Straight trash!!!

Posted by Jeffro6666 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Edge to Wilson, not his best fight but a win

Posted by Tyler Obalek on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

hula hoop has more intense fights

Posted by Thebiff on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

For everyone hating on tom Wilson, please refer me to one instance of him throwing at a downed opponent or going after someone in a fight after they're beat. Hes a tough player that doesnt always make the right decision but hes no Matt cooke

Posted by Teeces12 on June 06, 2020 at 11:04 AM

Good tilt
