I agree with Great Murray, Nystom picked a non fighter, which is anyone on Minnesota roster, to beat on. They take the "turn the other cheek" approach. To think not too long ago Big Derek Boogaurd once roamed the ice up there. Now they have one of the softest, nicest team of gentlemen in the NHL. Win Nystrom.

I can't believe this guy is still in the league, stop stealing and quit already.W for Bob's kid.

A seemingly unprovoked "Son of Bob" snaps... as he cheaply crosschecks and thoroughly pounds "Vikings" lead... Ragnar Lothbrok A bit excessive despite the Kharmic need to punish Folin for some seriously bad grooming choices

Nystrom not giving this non fighter a chance and kicks the crap out of him!

Another close battle....Don Cherry take note here....look how well Folin accounts for himself.....

Nystrom was looking for a fight, got the jump on him, crosschecks him in the face and then punches him wthout giving him a chance to squareup, just cheesy against a guy who doesn't fight. You wouldn't see Nystm doing that vs tougher guys.

Nystrom pulls a Chris Neal...he finds a non-fighter to beat on. He leads with his stick to the guys face,,,then he misses his first 10 punches...at then end he lands a couple of harmless blows all done while Folin has no clue what is happening...he couldn't even get his gloves off...let alone throw a punch!

Nystrom goes under and over repeatedly to pound out the win over the non combatative Folin. Sigh.

what did do folin do to make nystrom so angry.that crosscheck to his chin was nasty.folin almost didnt have time to drop his gloves.he got his left one still on when fight was over.decisive win nystrom in short fight

Eric Nystrom fights a bit like his Dad (fighting style only, of course). Bobby Ny was a bad, bad dude and one of the all time great pugilists the NHL has ever seen. Win for the son of "Knuckles" Nystrom.

Bob's son returns to the lineup in a pretty decent fashion He tees off on Folin Much like Beleskey vs Bulmer, a fight thats pretty telling of Minnesota's physical style

love nystrom!

Folins first mistake was first, losing the grip, and second, leading with his face, which Nystrom seemed to enjoy fully, and pounded the daylights of of him. WIN Nystrom.

Frolin saved his own life by ducking & ending it ...

Talk about a cheap move by Nystrom!!!! Nystrom should get a fine for a check to the throat as well. Fighter vs non-fighter.....BORING!!!

Crap fight. Nystrom obviously had a bone to pick with Folin's pretty boy hairdo or he just wanted to get the team going. He crosschecks Folin and gets the jump on him. End result-a very uneventful overabundance of ineffective punches. Fights like these are annoying. A good fighter jumps a non-fighter (I think or he has no idea how to fight) and accomplishes nothing.

Plenty of shots thrown by Nystrom, but to be accurate, Folin really did not fight.

Let him drop the gloves before you start firing away

The Mild lose yet another fight in decisive fashion. They are in a tight race with Carolina for softest team in the NHL.
