No question Orr wins on points but that fight definitely gave the Flyers a lift for the rest of the game--4-2. Cote does have his uses, limited as they are.

win orr...with so much more punching power

Orr was throwing bombs. W to Orr

Orr wins this one, Cote took those shots, but had nothing in return for Orr.

Orr is AA heavy weight and Cote is a AAAA heavyweight. That Orr sometimes has trouble with the Cote's of the league is why he is only the champ of MSG.
Cote typically makes Orr look like less than a demi-god... but when Orr gains an advantage such as having a completely free arm as happens here... then Cote has no chance. Win Orr.

Orr with a win. One of those hard punches to the head looked more like a hard forearm to the head, but it nearly dropped Cote.

ya boy went for the pu**sy takedown after orr pounded him, mcb is a homer..orr could beat down on cote 9 outta 10

A fan of neither but Orr missed all but 2 of those punches. I'll give him the win because that was still more than Cote did, but not impressed

Has Cote ever beaten Orr in a fight?

Orr with the clear win. Cote can take a punch like no other. His chin is like Domi's head. Those Orr punches had some seriously bad intentions

I am a Red Wings fan and in my opinion Orr is the #1 heavy in the league right now, Cote has been very busy this year and shows alot of grit so I will put him in the solid top 15

Orr might have landed the harder shots, but the total landed was very close. Clubbing someone in the neck with a forearm doesn't count as a punch. Win for Orr, but closer than many are giving Cote credit for.

Edge to Orr even though I don't think most of those punches landed. Cote just hung on and waited for the takedown.
I'm a Flyer's fan who is really sick of seeing our "tough guy" get treated like a punching bag every time he drops the gloves. Let's get a true heavyweight or replace Cote with someone who can actually play.

orr with what seems to be an easy w for him.

This is a typical Cote fight. He landed a couple short pillows early, then took some abuse to the face and ended it with a deliberate takedown to save further beating.

Give Cote credit. This guy takes a beating and loses almost every fight, yet he keeps going out there to get more.
