Wade Belak vs Cam Janssen

Janssen continues to improve as a fighter. He has gone from a lock out and sweater punch guy to being able to get into a position to throw some punches. The next step is to get into a position where he can land a hard punch at the end of the fight. I think he had a couple chances to slid left and throw a left rather than sweater punching. Its hard to do against a guy that big and if Belak lands one, its not going be a sweater punch. Some people don't like a technical fight like Darren Langdon was a master of, but how else is a undersized guy going to fight a guy that big? Belak landed the better shots early. I think Janssen -even though he is a scum bag, puke Blues player- edges Belak.

Belak with the more meaningful shots, Janssen with the meaningless tantrum jersey jabs.
With the recent roll that Belak has been on (arguably beating Boogaard twice), I'm sure the Blues had wished that King could've suited up, Instead of the poor mans' Stan Johnathan.

Not a bad scrap, I don't like Janssen but he had the slight edge.

Until that nose punch stung Belak and he quit, it was all Wade. I gave it to Cam because he was getting fed punches at the start, then turned it on at the end.

belak but only on points. janssen gave him all he could handle at the end of the fight nearly making it a draw.

janssen ate fists. belak landed the better punches and no one can argue that!
WIN - BELAK

Belak had him early but he had a bad grip that left him open for the roundhouse rights. He had to hide his face at the end. Janssen took some bombs but won in the end

Belake dominated early, Janssen got it going and made a good fight of it.

Belak fed Janssen lefts until they switched to the rights, after which Janssen did slightly better.
Belak = win.

No way does Janssen win here, Wade landed way harder shots. It was close though. Janssen puts up a nice showing, but a slight edge to Belak.

Belak with better stuff early than Janssen had late.
