How do you call that a draw?

stortini is pitiful. he can't pull anything together. vandermeer, a tough kid, was sloppy and couldn't get much going for this one. could have something to do with his lame counterpart who slaps better than he punches and loves to hug.

Decent fight...Stortini can seem to win one. Give him credit for dropping em' with anyone. Having said that he lost...again!!

Haha stortini's glove almost hit one of the flames in the face when he threw it off. couple landed at the beggining for each... nothing after that. draw

Vandermeer won if for no other reason than the shot that snapped Stortini's head back.

Does Stortini ever win....

I guess you have to be Italian to truly appreciate the pugilistic qualities of Stortini, or even Carcillo for that matter. Nice to see 'good-guy-goon' Vandermeer get another win. Where are Calgarys' other tough guys, though? This guy is actually a hockey player who reluctantly moonlights as a semi-heavyweight.

Vandy with the win here. Why does Stortini still fight, and why does he throw at everyone except Boogaard? Once again at the end he goes into hold on until the linesmen jump in mode.

Win for Vandermeer.

That might have been Stortini's best fight. Ya I know he looked weak, but at least he was actually trying to throw punches. He didn't look as horrible as he normally does. Give him credit for showing up though.

Edmonton really needs to sign ONE of the many UFA tough guys that are available this summer.

Wow!! Stortini NEVER ceases to amaze me. Just when I thought he couldn't look any WEAKER, he goes out and shows me how much of a sissy he REALLY is!

Draw, how can anybody find a winner in a fight where no clean punches were landed, nobody got dropped and there was no clear advantage either way?

Must be Calgary and Edmonton fans voting for their favourites... that's why this site isn't accurate.

Zack "Owen" Stortini.... 0 in 23 this year. Ole Zack find something else to do, you are a garbage player and a worse fighter. Another example of the watered down talent pool or lack of money on the Oliers part to pay for someone that can fight!

"Come here Vandermeer I wanna hug you! Get over here and let me hug you !!"
