Vandy has the two best qualities of an enforcer, a hard head and massive stamina. I want him back on the Flyers to stay.

Parros got worked.

Vandermeer didn't fight anyone the whole time he was in Philly

As soon as they trade him, he's back to being an enforcer.

I don't understand, why didn't Vandemeer play this way in Philly?

A small DRAW.
Parros got in two as Vandermeer got in two weaker helmet-shots.
Vandermeer scored a quick but nice takedowm.

Vandy wins. Parros never got going in this one and ate too many punches.

Wow, look at Vandy going to work on Parros! I would never have expected this outcome just because of their respective roles - that is to say, Georgie does this for a living and Jim does not. Nothing is a forgone conclusion though - anybody can beat anybody else on any given day.

Love the announcers. "Yeah Parros' right skate got caught on the net. That's what tripped him." Parros went down because he looks like he learned to skate last week. Every time he goes I'm amazed at how bad his balance is. If he could ever manage to keep from falling over all the time, he could really do some damage.

I miss Vandy. Not a good trade the Hawks made, getting Ben Eager for him.
