Vandermeer didn't fight anyone the whole time he was in Philly

As soon as they trade him, he's back to being an enforcer.

I don't understand, why didn't Vandemeer play this way in Philly?

Vandy has the two best qualities of an enforcer, a hard head and massive stamina. I want him back on the Flyers to stay.

When was the last time Parros won a fight? Homer announcers making excuses for him - "was in a bad spot because of the net" I used to get excited when this guy dropped the gloves, now.........boring.

Love the announcers. "Yeah Parros' right skate got caught on the net. That's what tripped him." Parros went down because he looks like he learned to skate last week. Every time he goes I'm amazed at how bad his balance is. If he could ever manage to keep from falling over all the time, he could really do some damage.

I miss Vandy. Not a good trade the Hawks made, getting Ben Eager for him.

Vandermeer is, pound for pound, one of the best in the NHL. The Hawks should have kept him. Let him play forward if you don't like his defense work, but he can go with anybody.

Vandy with the big win, show me another heavy in the NHL that plays over 20 mins a night. Great late pick up by the flames.

Where has Vandy been all year.( Fighting wise )? He lays out Dirk Diggler with a solid punch to end this fight.

Winner Vandy
