Hey Ref #26--yeah you, Rob Martell--one man to a pair of pants! Next time don't block the ice level camera angle!

Downie to the rescue after Armstrong gave a hard check to Saint St. Louis.

This is one time when I'm siding with Downie for doing the right thing...
Will sound like an oxy moron but Armstrong has a reputation of running talented players like that...(and Downie doesn't ?).
Edge Downie.
Gave it a 3.

armstrong can definitely hold his own, but having not seen the game i had no idea about the finger injury. too bad, it would have been nice if he thumped downie, who being the consummate professional he is, stands up for his star. horrible camera work indeed. draw, i guess...

poor phaneuf standing around again while a fight is happening. that sap is in over his head being the captain in TO.

horrible video, but from what i saw it looked like a W Downie.

And why does it always seem to be Phaneuf just standing around watching his team mates get pummeled? Oh thats right, cause hes a Bitch.

lousy fight, wish both these guys would have concussed the other so we wouldn't have to look at their faces for awhile. That being said, in the heat of the moment, the hit probably looked dirty to Downie. Good for him.

Possibly the worst filmed "fight" all season. It probably wasnt much anyways, but who will ever know.

1 and draw.

That Tampa camera man has to pull his head out of his ass.

Isn't that kind of hit illegal now. I'm just confused because the blindside hit to the head never gets called. NHL officiating is a such a joke at this point.

Phagoof watching another teammate get whooped.

Not much of a fight, but worth mentioning that Armstrong mangled a finger earlier in the game. It looked broken & announcers were surprised when he returned in the third. You have to think that is why he just 'hung on' since it's unlikely he could grab or throw with his right.

Excellent camera work

Downie is a punk, but there aren't many players I dislike more in the league than Colby Armstrong. Kudos to Downie for defending his superstar, clean hit or not. You can't have that happening.

Downie wins 'cause he was on top, from what little you could see. Armstrong is a dirtbag hitter (smaller players, back & head shots). Would be a pleasure to see his career ended some night.

Armstrong was playing with a broken finger; he missed half the game because of it. I'm surprised he even dropped the gloves, his other hand wasn't in great shape either.

I watched the Toronto feed and Downie landed some helmet shots but that was about it, give him the win I guess but really Armstrong wasn't going to throw anything even if the opportunity was open.
