McGrattan tries to hit Domi along the boards. Domi gives him the elbow and they decide to go. Good, fair square off. They come together and hold on. They exchange a few punches and Domi lands a couple of jersey shots. McGrattan then lands a bomb and Domi goes down. Domi was cut and had to leave.
McGrattan just coldcocked Domi. A sad end to a great career for Domi. He was dominated in this fight.
Win Brian McGrattan.
Everyone eventually has this fight: Grimson against Laraque, Brashear against Belak, Laraque against Fritz. Doesnt take away anything of Domi's monumental legacy. Which will always stand head and shoulders above that of McGrattan incidentally.
The difference between Tie Domi and Brian McGrattan is that Domi played a regular shift while McGrattan only plays 5 shifts a game. It was rare to see Tie Domi get dropped like this throughout his career.
Gratts.
Domi wasnt bad actually even if got dropped. TKO-win B.McGrattan!
1st round TKO...wow goodnight Dumi. Perhaps all downhill from there...that was the shot that ended your legacy.

Ouch. The ultra-heavyweights were the end of Domi.

IMO I think this was the end of Tie Domi as an enforcer.......In his mind!!!! I know he played awhile after, but he was never the same and Barely fought!!!! Under NO circumstances am I trying to take anything away from what he was ........An undersized FEARLESS WARRIOR!!!!!!! Wheather others Like him or not he earned my respect as a Pugilistic WARRIOR.....WHO FOUGHT BEHEMOTHS!!!!!!!!
