Slow start but all Simmonds in this one. Props to Miller at the end for not throwing when Simmonds was down.

Points to Simmonds but Major props to Miller... Scoring it a technical Draw for respecting "the Code" (I'm sure Wayne would agree)

Not even close Simmonds by a wide margin, sorry Bruins fans!!!!!!!

Miller is one of my favorite players, but Wayno gets the nod in this one. 5

Read the reviews before watching the fight... then I watched it several times to try to figure out what exactly the Asstown fans were seeing... No clue. Kevanne was frigid the entire fight - pulled most of his punches and was too stunned to do anything when Simmonds punched through him and fell down.

Simmonds switches hands and lands some good shots to get the nod over the tough Miller.

Simmonds wins, but he should learn to stay on his feet - remaining upright is part of the objective here.

Some googbhits landed by both. I givevtye win to Simmons. 5

Simmons is better at everything than the entire Flyers Hockey Club. All Simmons with an easy win.

Wayne beat the crap out of a lousy Bruin. Can't really be a true Bruin though, he showed class by not punching when Wayne slipped. how rare for a scum sucking Bruin. bruin fans are Puss oozers. lol

it's admirable how effective fighter simmonds is with just 185 pounds of weight.he's quick and has long reach..he landed a couple but then he fell and the fight ended on miller's terms.simmonds landed just a couple and the fight wasnt that great so i decided not to pick winner here

Posted by dogginit on December 03, 2017 at 01:13 PM

Simmonds was able to stand up just long enough to win ..

We love Millsy in Boston..kid is an underrated fighter...throws heavy...but Simmonds got the better in this one..

Gotta give it to Simmons. 20 years ago Miller keeps pounding and gets the W. New nhl

Posted by scanz30 on December 07, 2017 at 11:27 PM

Simmonds lands all meaningful shots. Good on miller tho holding back when Simmonds loses his balance.

Posted by AxlRose91 on December 04, 2017 at 11:52 AM

God damn that's a classy move by Miller at the end. Can you imagine getting punched in the face five times, and STILL having the restraint / calmness to not hit Simmonds while he's vulnerable??

Posted by Mounty in NC on December 04, 2017 at 05:17 PM

Simmonds manhandles Miller and a 4

Posted by Jez-x on December 02, 2017 at 05:50 PM

If Miller had given Simmonds an uppercut while Simmonds was halfway down he might have won,he's a Bruin not a Red Wing FFS,slight edge to Simmonds.

Like both these guys a lot. Simmonds & a 5.

Posted by Jaxon on December 04, 2017 at 08:56 PM

Love Miller; he doesn't lose many. Good defenseman, tough defenseman. But this one was all Simmonds, and a 5.

Posted by WhyGo77 on December 03, 2017 at 09:21 AM

W for Simmonds.

Posted by EK65 on December 05, 2017 at 09:39 AM

Nice square off between the two. Simmonds with a nice grip scores pretty early Simmonds then loses his balance. Miller with an honorable honoring of the code. Win to Wayne and his freakish length.

Posted by Hilaker on December 04, 2017 at 01:12 AM

Win goes to Simmons but kudos to Miller for not taking the shot when Simmons slipped and went down.

Posted by jerry s on December 04, 2017 at 06:31 AM

Simmonds got his left going landed for a win

Posted by burnsy9 on December 03, 2017 at 01:59 PM

All Simmons. He landed the punches.

Posted by dave_brown on December 03, 2017 at 08:46 PM

Simmonds with the win. Gotta give Miller a lot of credit though. After taking some shots it would have been easy for him to take a few shots at Simmer after he lost his balance and went down.

Posted by flyerguy on December 04, 2017 at 05:43 PM

Classy by Miller to not throw when Simmonds was down. Not alot of class in the guys fighting anymore, SEE REAVES for one. Listened to the Boston telecast and shocked that Jack Edwards didn't twist the description into Miller winning like usual. Have a new respect for Kevan Miller. Now that Steigerwald was canned by Pittsburgh as a broadcaster, Edwards is the worst in the business

Simmons landed 3 punches to Miller's one. Nice job Simmons Miller looked like Rudolph with that bright red nose !

Posted by Buzman on December 02, 2017 at 01:57 PM

Not much going on until Simmonds switched hands and then that was that. Simmonds by a considerable margin. Glad to see the Bruins getting healthier.

Posted by Rangeley_blkbear on December 04, 2017 at 03:54 PM

I'll give it to Simmonds in the old, "I'll land a couple then fall to the ice so it ends quick!!!" routine... had this continued would have ended badly for 17...

Posted by ronjam03 on December 02, 2017 at 02:05 PM

Been waiting for this since last season, Simmonds off to a good start, glad Miller chose not to keep hitting him after he went down...

Posted by brokenhead on December 03, 2017 at 02:13 AM

I watched this fight live, when Simmonds went lefty ,it looked at first blush, that Miller was in trouble, but when watched again at slo-mo, Simmonds was throwing pillows with his non power arm, I call it a draw. Good on Miller to not take his head off at the end. Simmonds was definitely a little more active, but again, pillows with his left. Bottom line is, it woke the B's up and they got the W.

Thank you Wayne for pounding the Bruin DBag

Draw, both threw a fair amount but neither landed many, simmonds may have the slight edge in punches thrown but in the end Miller had him in a bad position and could have easily destroyed him and elected to hold off.

Sad to see Simmonds as trash town’s tough guy. Dave Shultz is crying. In the meantime, Simmonds loses again by a significant margin.
