Boll must of did something to piss Bordeleau off.

Posted by BooSanta on January 25, 2013 at 06:52 PM

Bordgame had the advantage the whole time since he mounts a 2 by 4 to his shoulders his head will be difficult to hit. Kept watching this after intially going with edge Bordgame and realized Boll got some nifty counters that manged to surmount the Bordgame shoulders for a more decisive....draw.

Draw Bordeleau swinging for the fences and missing most, Boll fighting smart 6 at best Bordeleau fans should chill out until he actually does anything, he's not HW champ yet

Big Bord is going to do well in this league, look forward to seeing more of him.

many bombs thrown ... few landed..... draw....Boreleau is huge

Posted by DARCY T on January 25, 2013 at 03:02 PM

only a few punches landed.draw...and 6

Posted by jnk07899 on January 25, 2013 at 01:42 PM

Bordeleau didn't land any of those. It was a draw.

Posted by fernben8 on January 25, 2013 at 12:46 PM

This Bordeleau kid did fairly well... He threw more than Boll but did not connect with many of them. I like the way Boll was throwing the counter bombs. I'm going DRAW on this one as well...just because you throw more doesn't mean you buy the win.

Looks like everybody has high hopes for Bordeleau.I watched this over and over and seems to me that it was good fight.I gave a draw.Boll had the 2 best punches and Bordeleau threw the most. But he will be a force in the NHL if he stays here.Colorado don`t let him go Please!!!!!!!!!!!!

draw edge pat

Posted by staceyb on January 25, 2013 at 12:27 PM

Quite honestly Boll's shoulder pads took a beating. Never heard of Bordeleau until today--journeyman gunslinger.

Bordeleau is a BEAST. Win Bordeleau. Boll tries hard but he's no heavy.

Some wild swings by Bordeleau. Apparently he thought he was playing Wack-A-Mole

Posted by sporr on January 26, 2013 at 08:14 PM

Glad he is in the lineup. Skates ok for a big guy seems to have some feel in the hands. Great size. I've watched some of his fights in the AHL and he likes to keep throwing overhand bombs. Learn to switch it up and learn the straight right kid and you will hang around for a while.

Bordeleau with the win in the punch count but what a weird ending with both men quitting suddenly!

Posted by b_eazzzy on January 25, 2013 at 02:31 PM

The boys were throwing bombs but nice to see the sportsmanship at the end of a lot of these scraps lately

Posted by pk8692 on January 24, 2013 at 10:47 PM

didnt look like boll wanted any more of bordeleau after a few seconds

Posted by FN_Five_seveN on January 31, 2013 at 03:47 PM

complete domination jared boll needs to stop fighting or should i say he needs to stop getting his ass kicked i have seen 3 of his fights this year and he has lost all 3 of them

Posted by Wyman81 on March 07, 2013 at 04:22 PM

Patrick Bordeleau won but nothing special

Posted by bruins rule on January 26, 2013 at 01:06 PM

patrick gets the win in this fight

Posted by braindog1017 on January 25, 2013 at 09:15 AM

Bordeleau is going to be a good one. He had to get over Boll, who I love and who will fight anybody. Bordeleau was the more active guy, he gets the nod in a decent scrap.

bordeleau looks good, seems big as well.

Posted by plumber15 on January 25, 2013 at 01:03 AM

boll should stick to fighting guys that are 5'9 and under

Posted by The Mad House on January 25, 2013 at 04:58 PM

Bordeleau has been unleashed in the NHL as this is trouble for teams in the West, the dude is a beast. Boll did look good though and battled like always, but the Bordeleau show gets the W.

BORDY have clean the AHL.... now its NHL time !

Posted by delneggs on January 24, 2013 at 11:42 PM

Bordeleau landed many more shots, clear win.

Posted by Great Murray on January 28, 2013 at 08:51 AM

Boll doesn't lose many..but he lost this. Funny to watch them give other a pat at the end. I could never do that.

Posted by Corkbrain on February 07, 2013 at 12:45 PM

Bordeleau is no joke at 6'6.

Watch out for Bordeleau this young pugilist threw some bombs and had a crazy fighters look in his eyes as they were squaring up.

Posted by FightMonster75 on January 25, 2013 at 08:14 AM

Not a bad debut for Bordeleau dispite not finishing the fight out. I have been watching him come up through Lake Erie for several years now and though this was not his best fight I will have to give him the win and tell everyone there are better things to come from this kid.

Posted by Jack o on January 25, 2013 at 11:40 AM

Impressive debut by Bordeleau.

Posted by ironbar44 on January 25, 2013 at 07:47 AM

havent seen much of BORDELEAU has a good grasp of hockey fights and leverage

Posted by blackeyedblue on January 26, 2013 at 02:40 AM

Great first NHL fight for Bordey. I counted fouteen landed punches to four swung by Boll. It was pure domination by Bordeleau. Shame Bordey and Konopka didn't fight the other night. Hats off the Boll for staying on his feet.

Posted by chad420 on January 25, 2013 at 11:35 AM

draw..decent bout

Posted by blackngold on January 24, 2013 at 10:25 PM

OK debut fight for Bordeleau but I'm expecting better from him as the season goes on.

Posted by kkdowning on January 25, 2013 at 10:56 AM

going draw. Bordeleau was throwing bombs, but not landing clean shots -- Boll fought smart and slipped in a few shots

Posted by Madhouse27 on January 25, 2013 at 08:44 PM

Watched it twice and decided to call it a draw. I think this Bordeleau is going to make a nice addition to the NHL though. Good reach and seems to like throwing them.

Posted by SouthPaw017 on January 28, 2013 at 01:38 AM

Bordeleau throws with some seriously bad intentions.... Boll hung in decently against the bigger man...

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on February 27, 2015 at 02:54 AM

Bordeleau tossing haymakers for the easy win.

Posted by travist on January 25, 2013 at 12:30 AM

dang bordeleau, wide open no defense. i like it.

Posted by akpryde2 on January 25, 2013 at 12:51 AM

Not much connected but looked like Boll was happy to hang on after getting ear-holed at the end. Will be interesting to see if Bordy can live up to the hype he generated in the AHL. 6/10, edge Bordy.

Posted by rjhrick03 on January 25, 2013 at 03:50 AM

Boll lands a couple good shots but Bordeleau does a good job of using his size and reach advantage to score a pretty decisive win...decent fight

Posted by simonpwns1021 on January 24, 2013 at 10:24 PM

Patrick Bordeleau is a monster. I've been watching this kid for about a year now, and he is a total machine. He even beat Colton Orr last year in the minors, and Colton Orr is for sure the holder of the league title right now. Bordeleau could be the future champ of the league, and we just witnessed his first showing tonight, exciting stuff kids, mark it down. Other than all that jibber jabber, great fight, got to witness the power of Bordeleau, nice that Boll was willing to stand in for so long. Simply outmatched here though, easy win to Bordeleau.

Posted by TheNatural on January 24, 2013 at 10:59 PM

Bordeleau throws some wild ones but doesn't really do any damage. Boll waits and throws with more accuracy. Draw and a 6
