Holy Star Trek, alternate, left-handed universe, Batman!

It was like Mel Bridgeman,
in a Clark Gillies uniform,
beating on a low budget Mick Vukota,
wearing a Rob Ray tribute number.
in Flyer black.

Very confusing.

The Human Punching Bag tries to light a fuse under his listless Flyers and in turn gets smacked down. Cote symbolizes the Flyers season--LOUSY!

Gillies is one of those guys that alot of fighters will have trouble fighting against because of his stature.
Is stocky, has a low center of gravity and knows what he's doing !
Win Gillies.

Cote gets a good pounding by Gillies and the Flyers lose- Overall a great night!

Pretty even fight with both getting in a couple punches.
Hardly the beatdown that Cote's detractors are imagining. Cote was losing his balance on the plethora of equipment at his feet more than he was getting manhandled and then missed majorly to lose his balance in the end.
That said, Gillies controlled the tempo and wasn't tripping over everything and didn't swing into the void and fall down... so he wins.

A heat seeking missle from the bench. Target destroyed.

Another loss for your boy, huh Chimp? Good, albeit brief, fight.

Cote was overmatched in this one. Would like to see the Flyers bring back a true heavyweight.
