Come on..
did anyone really expect anything more than
an excessive hugging incident?

The best part, was the two of them finding each other.

Slight edge to Laperriere, for having a better start,
before the tenderness set in.

What's with Stortini's knuckles? Laperriere with the early surge holds on for the W. Lousy outcome to the game, however. What a heartbreaker for the Flyers.

i love how laperriere turned around and just went back towards stortini skating in towards him. i have grown to love stortini, i don't know why, just the heart he plays with i guess. reminds me of the mighty kelly buchberger, now that guy knew how to start a fight and end it in all kinds of pain. personally, going with a draw on this one, and a 4. so much promise at the start for these two...

Sorepeenie loses a 10-9 descision to a guy 10 years older, 4 inches shorter and 35 pounds lighter than he is...and all he has to show for it are sore knucks from maybe one punch that glanced off plastic... ouch.

the only punch stortini landed was the cheap shot at the end... lappy deffinatly had the edge in this one.

For whatever reason a lot of you don't care for Laperriere but man the guy is fearless. Not the best of fighters for sure, but I'd take him on my team anytime. Lappy ekes out a win, though I can easily see votes for a draw.

Seriously why is stortini such a bad fight, he fights often and is pretty good size. lose the hair. Lappy with the close win in this.

Very slight edge to Laperriere. What's with the refs being so eager to break this one up? They were grabbing a the player's jerseys while they were still throwing.
