Eric Godard vs Brian McGrattan

The Champ looked rusty, and McGrattan brought his A-game vi-a-vis balance.

The result seemed to be a hard fought draw, between two of the league's elite fighters.

McGrattan on points. His stamina has improved since he laid off the booze.

Very close. McGratten is unbelievable. Most entertaining fighter in the league. Got beat up a couple times this year, but fights like a man against everyone. Not like Laraque, brashear and the rest of the huggy bears. I wish we had him in Vancouver.

Godard didn't have it in this one (rare for him) ...his timing looked off overall. Another good outing for McGratton.

i watched it at home on the hi def a few times and i would say edge McGrattan

Eric did a nice job switching to left and landed a few but McGrattan landed more often in this bout Godard had trouble finding the mark with his right hand

very close so fight but i did give edge McGrattan....these two guys have fought allot over the years and are a very evenly matched pair

I only watched it once so I might change my opinion after Much scrutiny!!!!!So far Godard at a glance!!!

godard will always have a special place in my heart for what he did to boogaard. however, as much as i can fully understand a draw vote, watching with no sound, i personally saw mcgrattan doing a great job keeping godard off balance, and landing more himself. giving him a slight edge, very good fight.

How many idiots can there possibly be on this site. The bulk of McGrattan's punches hit the back of Godard's helmet. Godard opened a cut under his eye and bloodied his nose. Those are direct face shots. That would be considered a win for Godard.

Good fight. If I just listened to the announcers Godard won. My first view was edge for McGratton, but I went with a draw. Neither guy could establish control and both landed some good shots.

A very good fight with both guys getting in a few shots. Slight edge to McGratton.

Good toe to toe bout. A lot of punches thrown but not much landing. They each connected with a few though. Looked like McGratts early, then Godard came on strong. Called it a draw. Even with a bloodied McGrattan.
