Comments: Right after the faceoff, Godard skates over and shakes his glove, letting McGrattan know that he wants to go. They drop the gloves and square off. They grab on and immediately begin to exchange heavy rights. McGrattan switches hands and throws a few jersey-jabs as Godard comes back with a right. They start to exchange right hands again with both players are mixing in a couple of jersey-jabs. McGrattan then throws two rights with Godard landed a body shot as McGrattan's helmet comes off. McGrattan throws a few jersey-jabs and rights as Godard tries to shake his elbow pad off. They go back and forth with jersey-jabs and rights as Godard almost falls to the ice at one point. Godard keeps his balance and throws a jersey-jab before the linesmen come in.

McGrattan took over in the edn but not enough for the edge.
Godard did enough well early.
He got in yet better shots.
They both lands a big right at the same time about middle.
A DRAW.

Great fight....hard to pick a winner but in the end i feel that godard was slightly more effective
