McCabe's a captain?

This was the much hyped retribution fight for Richards laying out David Booth in October with a blindside open ice hit. Compared to his other efforts I thought Richie got in one good shot on McCabe. I hope someone from Florida reads this to hear that Bill Lindsay is a low rent replacement for Denis Potvin in the broadcast booth. Potvin was unceremoniously shown to the door in the off-season and that was bush league on the Cats' part. Lindsay is a brainless surfer dude type. He should be modeling swimwear for Speedo, not broadcasting.

Win Richie. I was at the game and McCabe had an ice bag on his face in the penalty box where Richie connected on the last punch. It also swelled up throughout the game.

McCabe sticking up for his teammate should have been more prepared.

Booth skated right into the hit. Florida people need to learn how to play hockey then they won't cry as much over such a non issue.

Very close fight. Edge Richards - who should have been suspended for at least 7 games for that hit on Booth. The Flyers are my team but that was a dirty hit.

good to see the two captains showing some heart. its not about how good the fight is in your eyes, its about these two showing some heart for their teams. and whoever said mccabe is a goon is a ****ing knob that has never laced up a pair of skates in his life and should go put his fingers in a blender
