rare to see a fight decided by body blows....i am guessing Mac Knocked the win out of him with the first body blow because Brash appeared shaken?

win for MacIntyre

good to see all the Brash homers race to the site and vote win DB???? don't let the fact he ends up on his knees from a shot hurt taint those rose colored glasses?

Brashear landed a lot of those "in close" punches we're used to seeing, but he appeared legitimately hurt by the first body punch. Look at it again, it looks like Brash was ready to hurl after taking that one...and the 2d body shot nearly dropped him. Win for Mac.

If it weren't for those devistating body shots by Mac Brash would have gotten the nod but Mac wore Huggy bear down and hurt him. Slight edge to Mac.

People on this site must be borderline retarded! How could anyone give Brash a win here!!! He threw a around ten tiny helmut shots while he hugged Mac...please. Mac then has enough energy to fight out of the hug and stuns Brash with some ACTUAL punches to the gut! I enjoyed watching Brash lose after trying to bear hug the guy to boredom!

Brashear with a few "tiny helmet shots" that had MacIntyre wincing, ducking and readjusting to avoid them. And Mac with the one gut shot half way through and one rib shot late that winded Brash. Nice fight as far as close-in affairs go and a draw.

the torch is being passed. brash looked really old in this fight. i've always thought of him as the toughest but i think i've gotta crown someone else. leanig toward cam.

Hey Brein Comfort. There is NOTHING admirable about Brashear.

Body shot TKO, first time I see one of those. Good job MacIntyre.

Macintyre with the split decision win due to his excellent and effective body punches. Both men are admirable and valiant enforcers. I'm to the point of having great respect for all NHL players that don't wear visors.

i HATE watching brash fight.... it's always a hugfest... good to see MacIntyre get out of the hug and throw some blows...

Decent fight. Outside of the two body blows, Brash landed and threw more and would have been the winner. It was smart of Mac to throw the 1st body blow when donald opened himself up by throwing rights. Mac was even smarter to recognize the 1st blow hurt Donald as he then finished the fight with a second.

Big Mac with the body shot! Brash looked like he was gonna puke after he took it.

At least Brash did better than Orr, though the same result, MacIntyre with a win!!
