I love how Stortini's throwing them now.

Edge to Belak but good job by Stortini not trying to make love. Got the clamp around his neck at one point but let go and tried to fire again. Much much better!

Stortini did better than I expected and Belak should have mopped him up and didn't. Slight edge to Belak. Stortini doing better each fight.

Even b4 I saw the fight I knew Belak would have won! Ztortini actually tried to throw punches this time, but all of them hit Belak's arm!.. Is the announcer on crack? ya, Belak is a heavyweight but not Ztortini. He might fight them but when he always gets the s#it kicked out of him!.. Easy Win for Belak!!!

i thought strotin would be in a little over his head with belak but if he could of kept his balance this could have been a draw. belak gets a few more landed for a "W".

*also there was no huggin and kissin here either just a decent fight. stortini might be another candidate for most improved this year*

I guess the more you fight, the better you get. I thought Belak would clean up, but he didn't land anything until he got Stortini's bucket off, then landed a few. Win Belak.

Stortini loses...again. Two thumbs up to Zach for actually fighting and not dry humping. Maybe he is reading these blogs and got embarassed and realized trying to impregnate a male player really wasn't working for him.

Belak wins a close one with a strong finish.
I've noticed that there is a direct correlation between the publishing of a recent letter to the editor in The Hockey News and Stortini's decision to open up his fights and move away from his hugfests of the past. The writer of the letter criticized Stortini for his style and pretty much called him an embarassment amongst his peers in the fight game. I have to imagine that a lot of players in the league read The Hockey News - including some Oilers, I'm sure - and that Stortini took it personally. Good on him for taking a chance.
Last point: while Zack is a big dude that fights all the heavies in the league, I think he needs to actually win one or two fights before you can consider him a true heavyweight.
