Clear win for Orr. I think Simon was happy to hit the ice and avoid a real puchout. He is not nearly so tough when he has to figh someone one on one; especially if he can't use his stick.

This bout was only the 2nd for Simon this year. I don't know what's up with him, he's not what he used to be. I remember when he was a Ranger for a portion of a season and he was an animal for us (fighting everyone like a madman.) Why has putting on the isles jersey make him such a wuss. I guess he wants to regain his scoring touch. OH, I GET IT... HE DOESN'T HAVE TO FIGHT NOWADAYS SINCE THE ISLES HAVE SUCH A DOMINANT ENFORCER IN "TIM JACKMAN." (hahahahaha) And as for the fight Winner=Orr... Do the math he's the only one who was actually throwing them. And about that stick... I think Simon just kept it close by, this way he can pick it up and swing it at Orr's head while he's in the middle of taking a beating from my man Colton (the best, most aggresive, and most entertaining fighter in the league.) PERIOD

Simon slipped on a stick. you can see the stick at the end of the fight. At least they had a reason for the flop unlike a lot of fights where they just flop for no reason.

I'm down with Tuff Guy.
Simon slipped, that doesn't count as some TKO or that Orr " dropped him". Just be fair when looking at these fights. Don't have some man crush on these guys.
Simon has definitely proven his toughness over the years, and I love Orr's guts too. But this was a nothing fight that could have been a doozy. Too bad.

Simon slipped because he had bombs flying at his head. he's not so tough when its one on one. Orr made him pay for suckering him three times when Witt the wuss and Comrie held him earlier in the game. Say what you want about Orr but when he fights he goes for the kill. Any isle fan that thinks Simon slipped on his stick is an idiot. He doesn't touch the stick until he hits the ice. The next to last punch by Orr caught Simon right on the kisser.

Some here are such homers.... Orr schooled him LOL
Simon was lucky he slipped LOL
I am neither a Ranger nor an Islander fan so I am not biased like some of you tools.
Simon slipped on a stick and was trading with Orr... The SLIGHT edge goes to Orr but in no way is it a schooling.
As for the patsies that say Simon is not as tough without a stick, he has been doing this for over 10 years and was once known as a top 3 fighter in the NHL.
Can Orr claim that ?? Do not think so panzies

hahhhahahaah i cant believe the complete jokes that write posts on this site ahhaha i am just in complete disbelief. Please tell me where you purchased the coke you must have snorted when you chirped donald brashear calling him brittany? I am a hawks fan so dont say im a homer to the caps, i clearly think koci is unreal despite upsets with chara and belak, but if you could read or see you would know that brashear is old and STILL top 5 in the NHL. If you didnt need one of those tyke skating chairs in order to stand up on the ice, you would know why people still fear the brash. Dont lip if you cant back it up. BTW clearly this fight is a draw, you cannot determine and outcome since simon fell. Anyone can come back in a fight, hence the brashear laraque tilt from earlier on. So shut your mouth you peewee punks

people say that simon fell from the stick but if you look closly the stick never moves from the position it was in and only moves after when they were wrestling on the ground. COLTON WINS
