| Comments: Right off of the faceoff the two drop the gloves and square off at center ice. They grab ahold of each other and Fedoruk throws an early slumping right. They wrestle around in tight and Fedoruk throws a flurry of body shots and short rights that knock Thornton's helmet off. They exchange overhand rights and Fedoruk tries to come inside with a body shot. Thornton comes over the top with two rights before losing his balance and falling to the ice. Fedoruk allows him to get back up and throws a right. They spin around and Thornton gets in a right while they are falling to the ice. | ||

The Stars score to make the game 2 to 0, and these two go at the next faceoff. They square off for a little bit, and eventually grab on. Fedoruk startsof with a big right that misses, then gets switches to his left. Fedoruk throws a flurry of solid lefts, also knocking Thornton's helmet off. Thornton then rips Fedoruk's helmet off, and the two combatants exchange rights. Thornton throws a couple more rights, falling to his knees, but gets back up before the linesmen could intervene. Fedoruk throws two more lefts, while Thornton throws a couple rights, sending Fedoruk two the ice, and the linesmen step in.
