only to patiently reposition himself,
before proceeding to punch Carcillo to the ice.

Carcillo got clubbed.

The fight ensued with John Scott on the ice. I don't think Staubitz wanted to tangle with Big Bad John--Carcillo was a bit more manageable.

Good exchange by both.
Carcillo connected with one early but giving Edge to Staubitz for chopping him down at the end.
Gave it a 5.

Lot of hwhiffing, but Staubitz landed the only ones that mattered. I think Carcillo is distracted by his own long, flowing, hair. He must use conditioner. That's a quality head of hair with great body.

Was even until Staubitz got Carcillo in a bad, bad spot. No real damage done it seems, definite win for Staubitz and a 5.
