I always considered Staubitz to be one of the tougher guys in the west.

Clifford looked good in other fights. I think the first big right that ear holed Staubitz stunned him. The third left that C landed made S's head snap back. I think at that point Clifford was trying to keep his head from hitting ice too hard. Staubitz looked ok skating to the box, however.

big red dog takes it with the lefts, but i don't think that staubitz was that hurting from the left paws. SIX POINT THREE!!!??? what?!?! i'm sure he was annoyed, but those weren't exactly bombs. i miss the days that 'technical difficulties' occur and i can watch a game with mics on the ice and that is it. that is truly a thing of beauty. announces and colour guys are getting worse and worse.
