Love the way that Erskine launched into things,
but Boll, to his credit, hung in there for the duration
of this condensed bomb-fest.

I don't get to say this often,
since the by-gone days of Dick Irvin, and Danny Gallivan...
but that was some quality commentary
by the (|I'm assuming) Caps play by play crew.

Confucius say when losing fight pull jersey over adversary's head. Boll was losing up until that point. Erskine with the win.

Erskine doesn't win them all, but he so much fun to watch. Win Erskine in a short but sweet slugfest.

Erskine certainly throws with bad intent (and Boll was not blowing kissses either) and gets the win. Boll's "take down" was defensive and does not warrant any win votes.

I feel Boll is getting the short stick on the reviews...
Erskine probably threw more but Boll landed just as many.
Good spirited bout.
I see a 6 and a Draw.

I love watching Erskine fight. He punches from his soul...Every throw could be a fight-ender.

Boll has the courage of twenty ordinary men. He is lucky he didn't get caught because Erskine truly chucks to kill. Boll stood in and threw, didn't seem like an awful lot landed but I'm going edge to Erskine. Two good scrappers put on a good wild scrap. 6.

Johnny Erskine to powerful for Boll, Boll got some ok shots in but was always of balance.

Win Erskine.

I give a ton of credit to Jared Boll. I wouldn't fight John Erskine with a bat in my hands. He's just one of the genuinely tough dudes. Erskine definately gets the nod here in a good close fight. Again props to Boll for hanging in there and firing some shots of his own. Been lurking on here a long time. Feels good to finally be registered and making my first post.

Erskine is a beast. Shaking Boll with his left between throwing with his right....

Erskine is a beast! Loved him on the Isles-would love to have him back, instead of our smurf defensemen.
