What was that? I think Pardy thought he was partnered up with Eager in Dancing with the Stars until Eager thumped him with one of those haymakers. That missing punch must have grazed his hairdo and then his hair fell in his face and broke his girlie nose. Go cry at the golf course where Calgirlie might win a beer hole. HAHAHA See you homers next year.

This fight was brutal by all standards. You got a non fighter trying to do the right thing. He was never set and Eager had his gloves of way before Party. Sad fight, good hit.

This one goes to Eager for sure. This has really been an exciting series so far.

Kind of a lame fight. Neither player really had time to set themselves up, although Eager got the best of Pardy. A decent, albeit chaotic scrap.

Here I thought that the big ugly C on the front of the Flamers jersey's was for choke after they somehow managed to give away a 13 point lead in the last month of the season and lose the division title but now I think that the C stands for cowards. Clean hit, Pardy decides to try and take matters into his own hands, realizes he's in over his head and gets his ass kicked before he has a chance to turtle. Pardy should leave the fighting to the so called fighters on his team as at least they're used to getting their asses handed to them.

what a joke. atta boy eager

Posted by PA GI Joe on April 26, 2009 at 08:05 AM

Never been an Eager fan, but kudos to him for putting on a clean, solid hit and then eventually beating Pardy to the ice. I'm all about standing up for you fellow troops, but you have to accept clean hits when they're put on you, especially down by 4 in the 3rd period.

now thats an easy one....all ben eager

Posted by Noah7296 on January 08, 2010 at 12:52 AM

Wish it coulda been an actual fight. Its nice to see people sticking up for their players, but maybe he should learn how to keep his balence before going after enforcers

Posted by Behn Wilson on April 26, 2009 at 01:35 AM

THIS is what SHOULD happen EVERYONE who tries to start a fight after a clean hit. Karmic, Hockey-God justice.

Posted by ChiFighter on April 26, 2009 at 10:16 PM

Who the heck said it was a late hit by Eager?? Did you even watch the replay? He just let go of the puck, solid clean hit. Pardy thought he could do a little facewash and got more than he asked for. that was just good clean hockey right there.

Posted by Bad Dawg on April 27, 2009 at 03:12 PM

Eager, no contest... Is there a bigger idiot then Quenville though?? Hope to see the Hawks win and get their asses kicked by the Canucks!

Great hit by Eager and domination in the fight. Eager doing his job.

Posted by b.t.wilson on April 25, 2009 at 11:47 PM

Pardy did the right thing but certainly shouldn't have. He went after Eager but seemed to change his mind halfway through tossing his mitts. He was shortly thereafter tuned like an old piano by Eager, which is too bad because I never really liked that guy. Probably the easiest win he's ever had for Eager and a.... hell I don't know, a 4, because it wasn't really much of a fight I guess.

Domination by Eager. Man that announcer was horrible! made me want to take a nap.

Posted by staceyb on April 26, 2009 at 04:31 PM

Eager with the knockdown.

ben eager gets the win in this fight.

Posted by cjm502 on April 26, 2009 at 12:25 AM

I knew Eager would start something this series, but he just dominated there.

Posted by TomC8481 on April 27, 2009 at 08:27 PM

I've watched nearly the entire series so far and I have to say it was nice to see a Hawk give it to one of the Flames. Pardy got pwned by Eager, plain and simple.

Posted by crosscheck52 on April 26, 2009 at 05:36 PM

Geez, is Eager improving or am I seeing things?

Posted by carolyn1946 on April 27, 2009 at 02:51 PM

clear winner Eager.

Posted by keepersc06 on April 27, 2009 at 02:28 AM

Great hit, pardy steps in for his teammate honorable but never got his balance. Eager with great hit and above average fight.....solid

Clear win for Eager

Posted by Awesome-0 on April 26, 2009 at 04:14 PM

That was pretty late hit by Eager, even still the Win is obviously his.

Posted by leafslover85 on April 26, 2009 at 09:17 PM

great hit by eager, in responce to Behn Wilson he didn't really want to fight if u look at the last part of the video it is prety clear that he wasn't completly willing to go, he was just giving him a shove

Posted by kimo_coyote on April 26, 2009 at 12:41 PM

Eager with win. Question? Why didn't this beat down fire up Calgary like so many folks think the Carcillo/Talbot fight turned the Penquins around? Hmmmm? Guess because the Hawks didn't fold.

Posted by mbaumann on April 26, 2009 at 11:55 PM

Easy win by Eager. He has had a hell of a season. Won most of his fights this year. He hit Pardy on the back of the head, then nailed him on the way down to the ice. That was the hit that made him bleed. He crushed him there. Pardy got what he paid for after a solid, clean hit. Hawks are gonna take it now.

Posted by AnaheimDuck13 on April 26, 2009 at 12:47 PM

Eager wit the domination. he beasted pardy no doubt about it eager won that fite

Posted by Hammer9 on April 27, 2009 at 12:01 PM

Eager breaks nose of Pardy. Flames get lesson in physical intimidation. Win Eager.

Posted by KingRaven on September 26, 2009 at 07:10 PM

Eager Dominated!

Posted by cronin17 on November 03, 2009 at 07:25 PM

Eager broke pardys nose i think at least one landed

Posted by doof17 on April 26, 2009 at 07:55 PM

Pardy didnt even want to fight but eagar is such a tard and classless piece of s*** plus post some good vids from like tsn or something i cant stand these american anouncers who know f*** all about hockey f the hawks

Posted by Boogeyman2383 on April 26, 2009 at 09:28 AM

Eager dominated

Posted by claire alexande on April 26, 2009 at 05:37 PM

Eager gets the win, barely, but so what--pardy isn't a fighter. Clean hit and going after a guy for that is crap. This is a problem the league needs to address, right after eye examinations for on-ice officials are made mandatory.

Posted by azjim on April 26, 2009 at 04:25 AM

Clean hit, clean beat down.

Posted by Cherndig on April 27, 2009 at 07:28 PM

I give Eager the win. But not sure Pardy had a choose whether to fight or not. I don't think he was going to drop the gloves, Eager dropped first and started throwing before Pardy dropped his. Eager flipped his left glove and stick while Pardy was lookin away. Like I said I give Eager the win and as a Flames fan chicago the series after that showing by the flames. To many injuries for the Flames, Hawks too fast. Go series tho. If the flames are going to get knocked out of the playoffs it should be by a better team and right now the Hawks are clearly the better team. Eager should square off against someone that fight's like JV

Posted by tomales2 on April 26, 2009 at 01:47 AM

I'm not convinced that any punches landed, but Eager certainly dictated the action and over powered Pardy. The Hawks have had a great year though under the radar a bit, at least out here..

Posted by byvelds68 on April 25, 2009 at 11:14 PM

eager domination

Posted by ianneitzke on April 27, 2009 at 02:02 AM

Pardy needed to stand up for his team mate and all, but Eager's hit was nothing compared to some of the hits Bourque and Co. have put on Versteeg and Kane and Toews. Eager whipped him good

Posted by chad420 on May 02, 2009 at 05:10 PM

cmon, tomales 2....that dude was bleedn from his nose & face ....eager with a clear beatdown of AP....

Posted by marinermoose38 on April 27, 2009 at 02:19 PM

The Flamers continue to lose fights, much like they do games. Pardy challenges Eager after a perfectly clean and devastating hit to Mini Mike. Eager then proceeds to POUND Pardy to the ice, bloodying him in the process. This is a resounding and dominating win for Ben Eager.

Posted by Oilers74 on April 26, 2009 at 04:06 PM

Pardy wanted no piece, but got it all.
