They have words and drop the gloves. It starts off toe to toe. Both Ward and Smith throw seven or eight rights. None of the punches seem to do any damage, if they landed. One of Smith's punches knocks Ward's helmet off. After the exchange they grapple for position and Smith wrestles Ward to the ice and the fight is over.
