Well it was spirited, but I'm going with a draw.

At least they threw instead of hugging. Draw

Draw...they both were falling down, but neither wanted to stay down.

Draw.

Klesla landed the only shots(2 at most) and did'nt do alot of damage. Two non-fighters make a feeble attempt.

lupul with the win? maybe if he landed a punch, lol f

Not a very good fight. Klesla w/ slight edge. Wish they could've kept their footing, as it was an interesting matchup.

Posted by ibled4theusa on December 31, 2008 at 02:59 AM

Gee if Joffrey would have done that here in Anaheim he would still be here.

blackgoldfan-- before you take anything extra go back to grade school and learn how to spell.

lupul with the win. BUT HOW CAN THE FLYERS LOSE TO COLUMBUS?

Posted by BooSanta on December 28, 2008 at 03:04 PM

I watched this over and over thinking Rusty connected with Lupol when Lupol had fallen in the beginning, but Lupol bounced a right off Rusty's chest and fell to the ice from throwing it. Rusty landed 2 to lupol's 1 after that but knocked himself off balance with his own punches and lupol scored a few more. Clearly these Clutzes (Rusty had the ankle injury) don't scrap often but they were firing away here. Draw or Lupol gets an edge for landing more. The announcer can't handle his eggnog calling Lupol a tough customer with all 2 of his fights, saying Rusty "firing Heavymakers , and down he (Rusty) goes!". The he screws up the "combatitive" bit at the end. Hilarious feed, glad i watched it

Could have been a good scrap... could actually give klesla the win but not long enough...Draw

Posted by MajorGroove on December 29, 2008 at 02:38 AM

Not as bad as I initially thought it would be. Gotta go draw. Looks like each knocked the other down. Nice entertainment but I don't know about the commentator saying "Lupul's a tough customer". Let Cote talk with the fists.

Posted by gmr133 on December 30, 2008 at 03:38 PM

Rusty? Wow. The cbj announcers suck. Rusty's throwing "heavymakers"? Lupul has the one or two good punches in the fight, he gets the edge.

Posted by tomales2 on December 29, 2008 at 04:32 AM

Oh my poor ankle! I've seen Lupul fight before and he's a rough little sucker. Good player to boot

Posted by TBLightningGuru on March 04, 2009 at 11:22 PM

lol he says lupul is a tough customer then the last word he says is combatitive .. instead of combative
