Zack Attack was a great band. Wish they pumped out more hot singles.

This season just keeps getting worse for Calgary.

Easy win for Klesla in this nothing fight. On a side note, McGrattan and Biz Nasty were lined up and ready to go late in the third but the ref stepped in and assessed misconducts to them, nullifying what I'm sure would have been entertaining....

Waste of O2. 2 and Klesla

Wrestling match with Klesla landing the only punch.. give klesla the win by default...a little bit upset with the undeserved matching 10s handed to biz & grats a few minutes prior but, thats what the new NHL has become..

Win Klesla.

Galiardi summed up the Flames' puny effort last night. I'm surprised Doan didn't skate out on the ice to pat Klesla on the back.

My Italian is a little rusty but I think Galliardi is how you say turtle......embarrasing when you consider he instigated the whole affair.......T.J.....or turtle jerk as he should be known.

Rusty Tesla does a little Comin' Atcha Live all over Giardia

Please don't drop the gloves again, TJ...... Its painful for the viewing audience.

Galiardi, what the hell are you doing attacking Klesla with your team down five goals with under three minutes to play? Unless your name is Dave "The Hammer" Schultz, Derek "The Boogyman" Boogaard or you are one of the Hanson Brothers …IT'S JUST NOT DONE. What an idiot! He deserved a MUCH bigger beating then he got for that move ...and T.J. is an obvious acronym for: The Jerk. Weak fight, but Galiardi did get manhandled, so all's right in the universe.

King of Goons stated this type of fight " Is not done anymore"..... It was a regular part of the game that I have been watching for about 35 years....Not so in recent years. Jack Capuano did this a couple of weeks ago against Anaheim. Anaheim played a very road game and took a two goal lead with about 30 seconds to play. Capuano put out Boulton, Carkner, and Martin for the remaining 30 seconds. Is he a "goon coach"?...No he's not, he was sending a message to the Ducks, especially at home, for their chippy style of play. Same with the Flames... Getting blownout, whether on the road or home and I expect one of the Islanders to mix it up, if just to send a message to the opposing team. By the way, comparing what Galiardi did to the Hammer Schulz is just silly. Galiaradi just cross checked him and Klesla responded to it....The Flames player just didn't " go after" him......Have you seen videos have " The Hammer" before....?

Calgary baddddddd..... in every aspect except for the juggernaut McGrats on the bench that doesn't help you win games but... provides for excellent team moral... take a lesson TJ

I think this is all about how bad Galiardi is in this one. Win Klesla.

Galiardi should have left his gloves on. I handled himself better with his stick in his hands.

So when did the Flames acquire Alexandria Burrows? Technically, Klesla can put this in the win column.

The enjoyable obscure scientific and music references are better than the fight or the poor vocabulary of the announcers

Posted by Humper on January 08, 2014 at 09:45 AM

I'm sure Galiardi was more and more rethinking his poking of the Czech bear the longer this went on.

Klesla gets the nod in this lame ass scrap

Posted by kmd19 on January 08, 2014 at 12:12 PM

Nothing much to see here...

Posted by azisles02 on January 08, 2014 at 03:01 PM

Galiardi started provoked the fight, then proceeded to get a 5 minute major for Receiving, not fighting.
