Raffl steps up to defend his own honor, but Sill teaches him that honor comes with a cost.

And now... another episode of "theatre of the misguided" starring Raffles the Clown... "Oh yeah...oh yeah"??? "You got a Raffl-ticket"??? "OK tough guy... come get your prize..."!!!! ("I can do this...I can do this...") ("I can....Oh crap...") ("Going for the bail..." "Raffle over..." "Going for the bail..")

Who voted for Raffl here? His fellow Fall Out Boy band mates?

Posted by mikebflorida on January 21, 2015 at 09:13 AM

Nothing wrong with this at all except Adams getting the only "cross check". What did Raffl do? Was that an illusionary cross check? The refs are so bad. I'm a Flyer fan and still, that's so dumb, only penalize the retaliation, I've always hated that. Anyway, Raffl seemed to want the fight and sticks up for himself even though he lost, nothing wrong with that. Sill is pretty good.

Sill dominated a crappy fight.

I'd like to personally thank Zach Sill for exposing Raffl as the frozen breakfast treat that he really is,.... and if Zach lost to a dude w/a Lexicon Of Love haircut like that he'd have to leave town... #38 FTW.. p.s.; KK +100 on the 'honor' tip, & Ben's 'Raffl ticket' = golden.

Easy win for Sill who ever he is!

Raffl steps up to the plate against a much more experienced fighter Sill handles him pretty easily Nice to see Raffl stick up for himself but, maybe next time he should Re-evaluate his options. All Sil & 4

Sill wins via decision with punches landed and the takedown. Nice to see him get back in action.

I liked how Raffl had to use both hands to get in the box. Raffl got his bell rung. Win Sill!

decent tilt Sill with the win Flyers playing cheap again

This is exactly how Philly has to play if they want to beat anyone...minus the Rinaldo garbage...he should get at least 6 games for that. Raffl actually asks for this and gets his wish...but he lost the fight while setting the tone for the rest of the game...which turned into a winner for Philly. They took Crosby out of his game entirely and literally pounded out the victory.

All of a sudden Raffl thinks he's a tough guy. Good luck with that. Dave Schultz is probably puking in his soup as he watches these modern day Flyers.

Raffi hums "Willoughby Wallaby Woo" while trying to peel Sill's lid off. Sill takes that opportunity to go the more direct route and punch Raffi's helmet off his face, and several more smacks since he hates weiner children's singers.

Sill works over Raffl pretty good. No mistaking who the experienced brawler was in this scrap.

Raffl fights like a waffle. Sill with an easy win

Nova Scotia boy Sill with another W

Too bad Sill can't play. He'd have a decent career ahead of him.

Posted by doobi1 on January 21, 2015 at 04:10 PM

Sill gentlemanly challenged, Raffl gentlemanly accepted. Sill got a few more good shots than Raffl, but had he connected with the helmet to the ceiling swat, not sure what. the outcome would have been. So Philly, I'm only giving a decent comment about the Flyer players and organization, for this bout only. The others stunk out the place. Big win for the Zach attack.

Sill is one tough sob. People don"t realize what he brings to a team. I would have a place on the roster for him for the next ten years.

Oh I guess the $hittsburg fans will be all over this lame scrap, the only one one of their "Tuff guys" may have won. May have. Watch the Vorecek fight again. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha The only thing funnier is Sills hairline !

Posted by Humper on January 20, 2015 at 09:54 PM

Sill takes care of an inexperienced fighter like he should have. Raffl may not be so eager to go next time.

Posted by BigBadBruins68 on January 22, 2015 at 01:24 AM

This....wasn't a good idea on Raffl's part at all. Really not sure what his mindset was going into it was, given his complete lack of fighting experience, but maybe since he popped his cherry earlier this season he's become a bit emboldened. This was a rough reality check for him in the form of a quick beatdown from Sill. Well, in any event, he at least manages to not look like a complete jackass by trying to throw back, though with no success. Another win for Sill, who's becoming someone too watch this year.

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on January 24, 2015 at 01:56 AM

Sill absolutely manhandled Raffl.

Posted by ironbar44 on January 20, 2015 at 09:25 PM

SILL in a breeze

Posted by EDDUBBS on January 21, 2015 at 03:31 PM

Great right by non fighter Raffl. Sill with the edge for 3 uppercuts, If Raffl connected better he might have knocked Sill's head off.

Posted by shawnrocks on January 20, 2015 at 09:03 PM

Sill gave it to him

Posted by LetsBeHonest on January 24, 2015 at 09:52 PM

Ok first off Raffl gets cross checked up high first after he takes the shot and it is deflected out of play. Raffl then cross checks the defenseman who cross checked him but he turns and skates away. Then another Penguin, Adams comes over and cross checks Raffl from behind. Then Sill comes over. So, we have to hear about the cheap shots the Flyers take and 3 guys go after Raffl ? A guy with one NHL fight ! Let's see, Farnham goes after Pierre with no NHL fights, Sill goes with Raffl with one NHL fight, Voracek gets hit on the knee and its called a good hit, c'mon people. If the Penguins were half as tough they wouldn't be out of the playoffs in the first round for 5 years in a row. Raffl has more balls in his left skate than Crosby has in his jock. Win for Sill, leadership to Raffl.

Sill is a tough customer. His win.

Posted by travist on January 22, 2015 at 04:48 PM

raffl wanted it, and he got it.

Posted by Mounty in NC on January 20, 2015 at 09:22 PM

Raffl with a cheap shop check on Bortuzzo and Sill makes him pay for it. Cheap shots by the Flyers all game long, looks like they are back to their selves

Posted by flyerguy on January 21, 2015 at 08:38 AM

Sill takes on a non fighter. You stay cowardly Sill

Posted by DARCY T on January 26, 2015 at 03:47 PM
