After reading the posts I thought Neill ran from. Steve ( this is my 50th team) McIntyre! But after watching it I noticed that Neill was the only one who took a jab at McIntyre! Not the other way around! I guess any moron is allowed to post on here eh Behn (pilon) Wilson, web1350 and lmao sedinfan because the sedins are tough! So go put your bib on before mommy feeds ya and stay off this Site! Mongoloids

Posted by dannyboy on April 23, 2013 at 07:14 PM

The worst part about this site is all the idiot haters and homers. Neil has fought all comers. Just look at his fight card. It includes a whos aho of heavy weights. Last 2 years alone has fought the likes of Chara, Lucic, Orr etc. Yet morons post stuff like he picks his spots. The fact is he is also a good and smart player. 'Mac' got the extra 2 minutes if you watch. The ref calls it as soon as he comes over immediately. Sens were down 2-0 in a must win game. Obviously he is not going to spoil a PP opportunity. You can't see that or your just that pathetically blind with homer rage or envy or who knows fucking what. This site blows and so do all the Internet tough guys that post on it regularly. I won't be back . The voting is a fucking joke. Btw, anyone of these guys you call pussys would fucking destroy you in a heart beat. Think about that the next time you lip off tough guys.

Posted by Behn Wilson on April 23, 2013 at 03:07 PM

In a classic food chain moment... Orpik seemed as afraid of Neil as Neil was of McIntyre Meanwhile back at the ranch Bertuzzi minus the uzzi (literally)... flails his way to an awkward draw against Zach (Stortini) Smith (not meant as a compliment)

Posted by sedinfan on April 22, 2013 at 11:49 PM

Neil doesn't want anything to do with Big Mac. Now that McIntyre is back, will he go with Big John Scott tomorrow. Both terrible hockey players that can't skate, but lets see which big beluga is the toughest. I don't think they have ever fought even when they had their chances in the west for some reason.

Posted by web1350 on April 22, 2013 at 10:47 PM

Close battle. Really wanted to see Big Mac emasculate and eviscerate punk a$$ Neil the window licker. Neil had big " nads" until MacIntyre showed up, then he turned into a angelic choirboy. I'd like to see somebody punch Sens owner Melnyk square in the face too. He got a lotta ball$ complaining about Cooke and his antics when he has a $h!tgead like Neil on his team.

Posted by SouthPaw017 on April 22, 2013 at 11:46 PM

Smith looked like the only active participant here.... And clearly, Neil, when confronted by MacIntyre, decided he was already missing enough teeth, and backed off........

Posted by craig_9806 on April 23, 2013 at 03:29 AM

Funny how some morons think Neil a 10+yr vet would have time for a bum like MacIntyre that cant even keep a roster spot with his size lol

Posted by bajo39 on April 23, 2013 at 10:50 AM

Great effort by Smith for the win over a competent competitor - something I did not expect out of him. The issue I had with this game Was not the failure to answer by Sirhan Sirhan (who has long since given up on his credibility) and spot-picking by Neil I expected that It's the horrendous coaching. Why on Earth was Kassian not dressed? McLean was the guy who said 'toughness' was not a factor before the Durzynski incident and then goes and gets Kassian immediately after only to forget him when MacIntyre is in the lineup. This is no Adams candidate.

Posted by shane0mack on April 23, 2013 at 11:29 PM

People are railing on Neil for not fighting Big Mac but look at the huge size difference! How come no one is ragging on Orpik for being such a little bitch? He knows how to drop the gloves and he's roughly the same size as Neil. Neil fights best when he's genuinely pissed at the guy he's up against so it would've been fun to see him & Orpik go at it. As for the fight that ACTUALLY happened, Smith clearly gets the win.

Posted by Pens3Cups on April 23, 2013 at 10:50 AM

Sissy Neil had tunnel vision for brooks but when Big Mac stepped up...he talked his way out of it...like the BITCH he is!

Posted by srehm1 on April 22, 2013 at 10:36 PM

Smith with the clean shots and the edge in a quick scrap.

Posted by hughcares on April 23, 2013 at 01:57 PM

Have to give it to Smith in a nothing fight. Christine came close to losing his last 3 teeth.

Posted by PensRule on April 23, 2013 at 12:33 AM

Neal can talk when MacIntyre is being held back by three refs.

Posted by The Mad House on April 23, 2013 at 12:24 AM

Smith gets the win, but that's not the story of this video. We have a Big Mac sighting everyone!! Chris Neil wanted Orpik, and Mac said I'm right here for ya, but Neil wanted none of it. Let's hope Kassian and Mac decide to drop the gloves tonight. @sedinfan they never have gone before. Let's hope tomorrow night is the night it happens. I'm a 'Hawks fan, and it seemed like every time we played the Oilers, Big Mac wouldn't dress. So again, the big night is tomorrow, Big John Scott vs Big Mac, neither one of them will sleep well tonight.

Posted by King of Goons on April 24, 2013 at 12:14 AM

What did I get out of this video? Neil fears McIntyre. Otherwise, easy punch out win for Zack Smith.

Posted by Diablo69 on April 23, 2013 at 08:02 PM

Again not much landing here but Smith looked better trowing I guess. So I'll give him an edge. BW nails it again about the trio out there. Would love to see the cheap shot SOB Cooke going with Neil thou. I guess he didn't want too, shame on him.

Posted by -Pens25- on April 23, 2013 at 06:29 AM

Smith appeared to land a big shot at the end. Fairly even bout, otherwise. Hope Big Mac stays up for tonight's game vs. Buffalo. If so, John Scott has to go with him.

Posted by DARCY T on April 23, 2013 at 04:08 PM

close fight but i vote for smith for that last punch...and 5 what did macintyre do?what did he get misconduct for???i guess referee just wanted to get rid of him

Posted by mikebflorida on April 24, 2013 at 09:23 AM

Smith with the easy win. Neil stirring the pot gets a stern talking to from Big Mac. Ho hum.

Posted by staceyb on April 23, 2013 at 05:29 AM

Smitty landed a couple of shots into Bortuzzo's mug. Note on Chris Neil: He had a between periods interview on HNIC on Saturday. He put in all his teeth to look presentable and was actually a very pleasant, articulate guy. Would have loved to have seen him go with MacIntyre.

Posted by rocky 1 on April 24, 2013 at 05:43 PM

Zach Smith with the win!Looked like the cameras and the broadcasters where more interested in if MacIntyre and Neil where going to go!Neil did not look that interested in testing Big Mac who was right in his face!

Posted by shawn46 on April 23, 2013 at 10:51 AM

The discussion was more entertaining than the fight.. which looked like an afterthought. Smith looked like he landed the better of the few punches thrown. Steve Mac did what he was supposed to do.... except he shouldn't have taken no for an answer and gave Neil no choice in the matter.

Posted by MeatPlow on April 23, 2013 at 07:40 PM

I chose Smith with the victory. Especially those 2 sweet ,clean, fist on face shots at the end...or i would have picked a draw..... Now where was i. JPOO73, Chris Neil is not afraid of anyone in the nhl but you would know that if you knew anything about hockey players. Please shut thy face if you think you should be disrespecting Seasoned Hockeyfights.com forum members that forgot more about hockey than you will ever know. Thank you Young Lady. P.S. there is previous fights on this site of Neil fighting Chara on this site so check it out. Not saying Neil didnt want to fight Mac i'm just saying he doesnt scare easy. And yes he looks like a Jack-O-Lantern.....Peace

Yeah, skate trip brought them down. Win, Smith. Loss, Announcers spin.

Posted by Jdaman75 on April 22, 2013 at 10:35 PM

Win Smith

Posted by Baladoc on April 22, 2013 at 10:23 PM

1. Botuzzo gets clocked. 2. Oprik was happy his big brother saved his a$$ 3. Cooke is just wondering who needs their Achilles' tendon severed.

Posted by Orr Fourever on April 23, 2013 at 07:00 AM

Robert Bortuzzo got Bortuzzo'ed by Zack. Zack is a decent enough scrapper in the middle weight division, I would say. And he was the busier of the two. So win for Zach. Anybody in the NHL or in hockey for that matter. Who will fight on the ice ain't no [email protected]#$y or [email protected]# in my book anyways. JMHO Well maybe Huggy Bear Subban!!!!!!!! LOL Jus kidden.

Posted by WinLoseOrDraw on April 22, 2013 at 10:35 PM

Big Mac > Engelland > Glass > Pocahontas> Bortuzzo Little low on the depth chart for scrappers but good on him for going once he realized Ottawa suddenly forgave cooke when they saw Big Mac at warm ups

Posted by Conan01 on April 26, 2013 at 12:44 PM

The ignorance of the Neil haters and there lack of knowledge is unbelievable. Neil scared of McIntyre? I doubt it given the list of names on his 167 career dance cards since he joined the NHL. Neil has fought Domi 5 times, Colton Orr, George Parros, Eric Godard, Milan Luciic, Deryk Engelland, Donald Brashear, Shawn Thornton, Zdeno Chara, Jody Shelley, Eric Cairns, Chris Simon, Wade Belak, Gino Odjick, Andrew Peters, Krystof Oliwa. Most if not all of those guys significantly bigger than 6'1". I'm sure if would have been around 10 years earlier he would have added Probert, McSorley ... The only name of ilk that McIntyre has fought that Neil hasn't is Derek Boogard, may he RIP, and Brian McGrattan, his former teammate. If you watch the video Neil is engaged with Orpik when McIntyre comes over. He was hardly ducking McIntyre. Neil would be a hot commodity for all of the other 29 teams in the NHL. Annually one of the league leaders in hits. Routinely in the range of 10 to 14 minutes of ice time per game. Almost 100 goals in the NHL and 2000 PIMS to go with it. Wears an A, sees time on the PP and is willing to fight anybody all at 6"1" 215 pounds. Give the guy his due, I think he's earned it.

Posted by GreatMurray on April 23, 2013 at 07:14 PM

Smith wins...was funny watching Neal doing the backstroke when MacIntyre showed up!!!

Posted by bigsul513 on April 23, 2013 at 12:15 AM

Smith with the edge on Bortuzzo. wouldve liked to see Neil vs MacIntyre, but Neil must be running out of teeth, he hasn't been getting in as many fights lately.

Posted by Pindar on April 25, 2013 at 01:03 AM

Bortuzzo early but Smith takes it.

Posted by Luvdafights on April 23, 2013 at 07:41 AM

Clean win for Smith

Posted by peteybrown on April 23, 2013 at 11:36 PM

All Smith. Too bad Orpik chickened out with Neil.

Posted by dustyknuckles on April 23, 2013 at 02:52 PM

Win Smith.... Neil is such a tuff guy eh lol... Mr. i'll only fight if I know I'll win or I'll hug you to death if your bigger.... There is no way Cooke cut karly on purpose... and I'm not even a fan of cooke but i have even less use for neil. Neil should have just tackled cooke and punched him a bunch of times while he was down isn't that how he win's his fights??

Posted by ritchieb on April 26, 2013 at 03:32 AM

I didn''t know there were so many Macyntire nut huggers lol. First thing-this video actually misses the first 5-6 seconds of the fight in which Smith landed 2 or 3 great rights. And if we''re gonna talk about people backing down, how about we talk about how Matt Cooke avoided every potential fighter on Ottawa for the entire game?

Posted by shawnrocks on April 22, 2013 at 10:45 PM

all smith

Posted by Snoka on April 22, 2013 at 10:30 PM

Chrissy "I Pick My Spots" Neil pi$$ed his pants when Big Mac confronted him and cowered like the punk he is. He looked like he was going to cry.

Posted by meh on April 22, 2013 at 11:12 PM

As usual, a draw for Neil's personal ball licker. Leave it to Zachary to go with a nobody and come out looking as underwhelming as ever. Agreed: Oprik was happy his big brother saved his a$$ - from an unwanted dry hump that is, courtesy of the bear hugging, spot picking champ himself.

Posted by Redrover37 on April 22, 2013 at 10:31 PM

Both landed a few then wend down to the ice quickly! Draw. No decisive winner.

Posted by byersrules on April 23, 2013 at 06:26 PM

The fight was incidental. The thing was Mac and Neil. Mac would have ponded Neil into the ice and would have proved nothing. He would need to fight Kassian for the fight to matter. No John Scott-that could be something.

Posted by yngblonde1 on April 23, 2013 at 07:34 AM

Both exchanged a few punches the Smith got the take down..I can't give a win for a take down, this is hockey not pee wee wrestling..The thing I liked the most was Neil wanting to go until Steve MacIntire came and got in his face..His man parts shrunk to the size of a raisin...

Posted by bammer24 on April 23, 2013 at 08:53 PM

Draw. I was just hoping that Big Mac would stay cool and not get in any trouble.Just save it all for Scott.I`ve been waiting for this since they have been training together.Lets just hope thet don`t get scratched. Why did Kassian get scratched for this game.Smart move coach.Though like everybody I would have loved to see him pop Neil right in the face. If the Bigs Guys Go I Hope It`s Great..... Why The Fuch Would Pittsburgh Scratch MacIntyre against Buffalo. What a Fuching Bush Leage Move.I Hope He Signs with another Team !

Posted by nhlofficialsblo on February 04, 2014 at 07:29 AM

Jerk off referee 38 is an absolute dork. If he knew anything about the players he'd know that Orpik doesn't go and Neil figured he was a better match for Orpik than MacIntyre was for him. Get out the way stripes ya loser! As for the fight, watch Bortuzzo. He tends to pull guys down after a while and I'm not liking that at all.

Posted by pepsigenerate on April 23, 2013 at 11:17 AM

Smith with the win,as for neil and MacIntyre I think Neil would have took down Big Mac,just like when Eric Godard buckled MacIntyre to his knees.

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on April 25, 2013 at 11:17 PM

How did this rate a 5? I give it a 3 and give the edge to Smith for one decent punch.

Posted by bigdog2007 on April 25, 2013 at 05:46 PM

Meh...boring...Smith isn't a great fighter.....Laffs2006 is clearly an idiot. Laffs fan talking golf smack? Your turds FINALLY made the playoffs. Last team since the last lockout...losers...just like your homo Orr

Posted by chad420 on April 23, 2013 at 09:12 AM

win Zack Morris....Sloth wanting no part of Big Mac

Posted by kkdowning on April 23, 2013 at 08:05 AM

If you have watched any Pens games I think you would agree that Bortuzzo is easy to dislike. He talks smack to little guys and thinks he is a tough guy -- but then loses another fight. Orpik continues his career of backing down from any fight -- while taking full advantage of every opportunity to blindside guys and cross-check the hell out of them. Finally, Neil wanted no part of MacIntyre who was called up for this game

Posted by TheFlower on April 23, 2013 at 07:44 AM

Domination Smith. Was hoping to see Kassian go against MacIntyre, or Neil go against Cooke. But then again Cooke doesn't fight, he just waits until people are most vulnerable.

Posted by RockemSockem16 on April 23, 2013 at 06:53 AM

Smith got some nice shots in. Dont know how anyone calls this a draw

Posted by mjb_17 on April 22, 2013 at 11:06 PM

Terrible fight, this is a DRAW. Not news, but always enjoy Neil shitting his pants. What a pussy!

Posted by Leafs2012 on April 23, 2013 at 07:49 AM

This Bortuzzo kid couldn't fight his way out of a paper bay. EPIC FAIL! Win Smith

Posted by CareyPrice1 on April 23, 2013 at 07:46 AM

Neil goes after Orpik for his dirty work on Milan Michalek but Oprik is to much a coward to fight Neil. Typical. Domination Smith

Posted by msktmj on April 23, 2013 at 09:24 PM

pumpkin head u did the right thing ,not wanting bigmac,,,

Posted by dogace on April 23, 2013 at 11:47 AM

Posted by 87CROSBY87 on April 23, 2013 at 01:40 AM

Borts takes care of Business While Neil again shows Cowardice By not even looking in the direction Of Big Mac It's a sad state of affairs When you can't make decision On who the bigger coward is; Neil or Soupcan...

Posted by cookies on April 23, 2013 at 07:47 AM

Win Smith. I see the quite a few homers voting draw..must be pens fans LOL

Posted by kfcbert on April 22, 2013 at 10:49 PM

Smith lands 3 shots to the face, Bortuzzo lands 0...lopsided win

Posted by KO22 on April 23, 2013 at 07:57 AM

Smith wins. So it's pretty comical that people say Chrissy Neil doesn't pick his spots when in fact he wants to fight Matt Cooke for the unfortunate hit on Karlsson and then refuses to fight MacIntyre later in the game. If anybody thinks that Cooke did that to Karlsson on purpose their an idiot, and further to that, if anybody thinks that Chrissy Neil does not pick his spots, they're delusional. Chrissy Neil is a coward, period.

Posted by Leafs2006 on April 23, 2013 at 09:48 PM

"It's pat", Zachary , is it male or female? Funny on how Christine wouldn't look into Big Macs face, instead of running all the non fighters, Christine is a piece of shit. Wood woof, belch, another seniorita loss, lets l say this for the "Nottawa fans " fourrrrrrrrrrrr" nice hair Danielle Alfred . It's rough to be a seniorita fan, when ya live in a van down by the river. Matt foley. hey Bryan Murray, vaclav varada is a free agent, sign him for a playoff push!

Posted by KnockoutDan on April 22, 2013 at 11:01 PM

Easy win for Smith! Pens are talented but lack toughness.... MacIntyre big guy but can't skate.... Pens won't last long in the playoff....

Posted by Bouli on April 24, 2013 at 01:51 PM

Ottawa makes me laugh. Neil goes after Cooke and Orpik, but won't even look MacIntyre in the eye. COWARD. And nobody goes near Glass, Engelland or MacIntyre, but they'll chase after Cooke and Bortuzzo and Orpik?? Hilarious. Biggest bunch of spot-picking cowards in the league.
