Good ''comeback'' showing by Koci;
but Scott was looking very ''Stu Grimson-esque''
right from the start.

Predictably he won...
but I expected more devastation.

That closing grin seemed
to pi$$ Koci right off though.

No, that wasn't a draw. Scott was leading the hit parade on Koci's noggin. More distressing for the Hawks, however, was the 7-5 loss. Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook were both -4. That will not get you back into the Stanley Cup finals.

Scott with the easy win, not sure what you Koci voters were looking at. I think Koci must have got his votes from his mother, father, pet dog and psychiatrist. I want to see two of either Scott, Boogaard and McIntyre go at it. Seeing the 6 foot 8 belugas would be interesting as it gets tiring watching everyone else try to reach them.

Scott gets off to a quick start with half a dozen to Koci's helmet...
Koci did well but edge to Scott for connecting a little more.
Don't get this pulling the jersey over the head business...
Is it within the Code or Not ?
Unless it happens accidentally (not the case here) , I find it Cheap !

Koci did better than anyone else this year against Scott. Scott still wins.

scott wins the battle of the behemoths. 7.

ah yes, versa, the tired old game of such hockeyfights legends as predglen, broken leg or whatever its name was, and who was the other one... outrageously witty declaring the loser a winner. i'd rate you a 9, your biting commentary and clever humour a 10. sooo oolllddd yyaawwwnnnn...

that was somewhere in between a Draw and a slight edge Scott

Not as dominant as it sounded. Sure Scott wins on points but the announcers babbling about the right knocking off the helmet when it was clearly jiggered free by the left forearm might lead some less observant to think Scott was laying down a beating. Yes Koci was getting tagged more than he was tagging but wasn't any worse for the wear after the premature sweater ending.

Gonna give it to BIG John, both exchanging shots but John had the better of them and bossed it really. Good to see Koci back as his a entertaining fighter. Scott continues to step up.

JS out reached, out hit, and out pointed DK in that one. DK gave it a try, but even he couldn't reach Scott's chin when Scott got his arm locked out.
