You can't beat Carcillo, but you can handle Carkner...???
Hmmm.
Holy mood swings, Batman.

Great comeback for Thornton after his bout with Carcillo. Carkner is a tough kid.

Good outing for the new kid on the block..but Win goes to Thornton by one upper-cut...

Whats wrong with the Boston announcers? They are the worst homers in the world. They were fairly even handed here. Thornton landed about 3 good shots. Carkner landed one maybe. Carkner is nothing like his older cousin Terry but not many are.

Very slight edge to Thornton.

Thornton with the edge here. Decent bounce-back from the Carcillo bout. I like the Thornton-Darren Langdon comparison that someone made. Ive been trying to make a Thornton comparison for sometime now, and that one hits it right on the head. Props to whoever that was. Nice. Love Carkners willingness. But Thornton out thought him in this one. IMO.

First time I've heard Edwards fairly decent. Thornton, thank God, but not by much

Thornton landed more shots Carkner's straight was a lot more effective. good shots but a good Draw. I can see why people would put slight edge to Thornton.

On another note I don't really like Carkner.

So is Thornton fighting Chara's battles now? That's what Brickley said. I hope not for everybody's sake. This was a draw.

McGrattan has to get off the effing blow.
Janssen is due for another beatdown
None of them hillbillies from Winchester could ever fight.

All you ass clowns that voted draw or win to Carkner, why dont you tell us just what Carkner did in that fight? Possibly landed a punch midway in the fight and did land one towards the end in which Thorton responded with two, possibly three punches in which Carkner realized it was time for the refs to step in. For all you Thorton haters, once again, he takes on a much bigger fighter without hesitation. Nice comeback win after the loss New Years day.
