Thornton had him beat, good job following the code. He scores what I think is an upset, given how big Orr is.

And mcb, just shut up. The Habs aren't even involved here.

Love him hate him but you have to respect Thornton for calling in the refs when the sweater went up

I thought Thornton had the narrow edge in this one. These two guys are my favorite fighters at the moment. They'll take on anyone and do well at it.

they did solid job for the DRAW.

Orr wound up with his jersey over his head cause of how wildly he moves around in this fight..some of you are blinded hatin' homers about every fight!

Classy by Thornton, although jack Edwards would claim Orr tapped out.

OK, where do I start? First off, Draw...as for those saying Thornton "punked" out and was affraid, please check out his career fight card, I dont think you can say he is affraid of anyone, he has faught them all...as for this bout, both landed a few decent ones, hence the draw. We might as well face it, Thornton might be the face of the enforcer going forward, meaning he can play, and fight when called upon, against anyone...He is a believer in the code, and a big believer in "what goes around, comes around"...He is aware of how dangerous Orr is, who isnt? Dont think any inforcer in the league wants to be on the other end of a blind punch, and Thornton knows this as well as anyone....As odd as it was to see, he did the right thing. Bet this fight is front and center at the GM meetings, regarding fighting. Good job ST...May seem homerish, but its not, I like Orr also, just the truth.

I'm not particularly a fan of either of these guys, but Orr's cult following needs to recognize when it's a draw or a loss. Edge to Thornton and until you become certified mind readers as to Thornton's motives, hush up.

I think Thornton called in the officials because he was afraid Orr would thump him when he got his head out of his shirt.

It looked like a good fight until the jersey came up. It was even when they were seperated. They should let them fight. Draw.
