Robyn Regehr vs Zack Stortini

Okay fight but wasn't anything toe to toe fight lol as you can expect when Stortini is fightning.
Slight edge/edge to Regehr landing more, being sharper.
Stortini with one short one in the end and goes immediately for the takedown.
Not enough for the draw though.

While rating one of Stortini's fights from earlier this season, I defended the guy because he takes a lot of crap for "hugging" instead of fighting. But now I just don't get it: Storts has the size and strength to be a solid on-ice boxer, but he's only interested in grappling. I guess that's good defensively, but one day someone's gonna break out of the hold and punch a hole in his skull. If he wants to be considered a legitimate heavyweight, he's going to have to learn how to play offense as well as defense.

Is it me or is Stortini the worst fighter in the league? I think this brings his record to 0-14.

stortini is just like brashear, likes to be close to other fighter. I wonder what happen if those guys were fighting. maybe they stared to kissing???

another make out session attempt by stortini. someone should tell him that fighting involves throwing a punch not hugging and grappling to the ice.

The announcer says, "The 14th fight of the season for Stortini." Were any of them actually fights?! It's like he says before the drop of the puck, "I'm gonna squeeze the life out of you with my terrible bear hug!" What a ****** *****.

I wonder if we'll soon be seeing Stortini kissing another player with all the hugging he does. Another classic Stortini fight, he represents everything crap about fighting in the NHL. He just grabs on and hugs while the other guy actually tries to fight and when the other guy looses balance and falls to the ice Stortini punches them while their down and people think he wins because he got in a few punches late. What a gutless puke

I give the winner to Regehr he landed way more shots Stortini held on for his life..

Stortini is an embarrassment to fighting.

I would be embarrassed to be an Oilers fan and have this bum as my goon. He takes on two tough non-fighters from the Oilers biggest rival and loses one. I think he actually gave Sarach a kiss while he hugged for dear life. What a joke.
