Thornton was clearly looking to stay sharp for the playoffs.... which is more than I can say for Bold-Hill-Billy, the GSP's, and the rest of the Separatists...

Win for Shawn Thornton. Jack Edwards is annoying as HELL! Daniel Paille had a small breakaway at the end of the 2nd and you would have thought it was Gretzky with the puck, by Edwards screaming. Paille of course flubbed it over the net!

Whats the matter pinkerton???? Did Shawn not say hi or sign an autograph for you one day? Get over it. Winner Thornton, once again doing what enforcer does, expecially a smart one. The Bruins win something like 75% of the games he fights in, and with the playoffs coming next week, no brainer he wanted to do his part to help get them started on the right foot....props to Regehr for going.

Not much landed but it was all Thornton who should have received slashing and instigator penalties, however, neither was called as this has been par for the course all year long.
