How does anyone score it for Rupp? watch it again- his hits are glances, while Orr's are much, much more solid. Plus, Orr is the one who is aggressive and not just hanging on in the fight. Are there Orr haters out there? Go back and review your votes...

Pretty close fight, but I give the slight edge to Orr for his aggressiveness.

I'm a Devs fan, and I've been watching fights for years, and always try to be objective. Much respect to Rupp for going with Orr. Orr's the better fighter by far, maybe he was tired. Scored it a draw, and it was. Rupp really held his own. Devs need somebody like Crowder back, cuz they aren't playing well this year. Give me a reason to watch.

rupp hung in there, nice showing against one of the league's toughest. orr was frustrated, he couldn't negate rupp's insane reach (rupp looks almost 6'6 and has long arms). call this a draw.

Not sure what fight some of you are referring to, but there is no clear winner in this fight. This was a very close fight, close enough to call a draw. Rupp got a decent left onto the snout of Orr just as Colton got his first right in on Rupp. After that Rupp actually landed three shots to Orr's two, with none of them causing any damage, so clear winner...I think not!! This was a good fight between a couple of big boys...way to go!!

Orr was a good here, but Rupp great.
Possible slight edge to Rupp, but i give a draw for the outcome.
But why?
because Rupp didn't land than one good one of his good attempts.
Rupp threw here harder ones.
Orr showed his good technic.
Orr threw one serious punch.
Nice hand change by Orr more near the end of the fight.
Orr got the helmet off of Rupp's head.
Rupp threw three big punches, first didn't hit well to the target.
Second lands to the forehead.
Orr avoided then next.
Rupp then landed a right flush.
He went down then as he was in bad position about Orr, because he tried avoid Orr's last punch.
A draw.

Im baffled as to how people saw this as win orr, punches to the shoulder pads don't do anything. . . .

From a Ranger fan to the Devils management, Micheal Rupp should always play. He went toe to toe with a very good heavyweight and more than held his own. Colton Orr definetly won the fight but it wasnt clear win. At a boy Mike you can play on my team anytime.

I love how the announcer says some people don't like this as the crowd is going insane during the square up. I gave the Edge to Rupp. He landed clean punches to the beak of Orr.

Orr clearly won at the end, but it was a close battle with punches being exchanged. Rupp may have gotten one or 2 more in but if people on here knew what they were talking about, it mostly matters how the fight ends, and the fight ended with Rupp getting taken out

it was a close fight but rupp landed a couple of solid punches at the end and knocked orr's helmet off and landed one that surprised orr and rupp had a chance at the end to tko orr but sorta stopped and commented after the game that he respects orr. win rup

colton orr should be ashamed. this fight should not have been as close as it was.
