Spirited fight at the start but no damage done by either.

Dirty play by Torres, but at least he's willing to deal with it. Murray was a little wild but i think that was emotions due to the hit on his teammate. Murray ends with a nice upper-cut. Pretty good fight.

I love these types of scraps...am not sure why 1 comment has it down as a crap fight. It had energy and spark....and revenge for the knee. I really like Torres as a player...will hit and fight. Dont like knees, but its so easy to instinctively stick out a knee as some1 skates past. Ok, not many punches landed, i think a few did but camera angles didnt help. Think Murray catches Torres at the end. These 2 were throwing tho and the refs didnt jump in 2 early. A draw, but i liked this 1, wild swings!!

I'm sure the Sharks remember Torres's hit on Michalek in the 06 playoffs, Good job to Murray for sticking up for Mitchell after the cheap hit by Torres. Murray struggled to stay on his skates, which was a good thing for Torres. Murray is a strong kid, still getting his feet wet with his fists.

Torres did a good job against better opponent.
Murray used an uppercuts, but hard to say did he landed a punch.
Torres didn't land his attempts.
Really good energy in this short scrap.
Murray gets on top of Torres.
A draw, maybe slight edge Murray.
But i pick a draw for the outcome.

Doug Murray vs Raffi Torres

Torres attempts a hit on Mitchell, hitting his knees, and Murray goes right after Torres and they drop the gloves. They both fall to the ice as soon as they drop their gloves, but get back up and begin to scrap. Torres gets it going with some rights, and Murray responds with a few solid rights of his own. Murray falls to the ice again, but manages to get back up before the linesmen can intervene. Torres throws a few more rights, as does Murray, knocking Torres off balance. Torres then falls to the ice with Murray on top and the linesmen step in.

This is how a knee on knee hit should be dealt with. Get rid of the frickin instigator! Torres got what he deserved and Murray should be penalized for it!

Cheap shot artist Torres lucked out on this one....horseshoes all over the place.....Murray will probably go for a rematch, but he'll have to get thorugh Stortini or JFJ before he can get at Torres, who will probably turtle if it comes down to that....

Torres is a punk with nothing but cheap shots. Good lookin out by Murray and a lot of determination to keep on throwing bombs.

It was a draw and I'm only saying that because murray had his head in the ice. Aside from that torres got owned

I'm gonna hafta go with a draw here. I despise Torres with all my being, and how the hell did Murray get an instigator for that? Screwed up officiating in Edmonton, as usual.
