Comments: They start pushing and shoving after the whistle as Stevenson throws a couple of gloved punches at Boogaard while players and linesmen come in. They grab onto each other and drop the gloves with a linesman between them. The linesman moves out of the way and they wrestle in tight along the boards. Stevenson goes down to a knee and gets back up as they move out into open ice. Boogaard throws two uppercuts as they spin around. Stevenson throws a right that knocks both players off-balance and to the ice. Other Penalties: Stevenson received a roughing; Kurtis Foster a hooking; Darcy Hordichuk a misconduct.

Boogaard gets the nod

This fight is basically Boogaard coming out of a scrum with Stevenson. How ever these two found each other who knows. Boogaard unloads a big uppercut that misses. Stevenson throws a right that seems to land then loses balance and falls to the ice with Boogaard on top. Hardly a fight. DRAW.
