Matt Hendricks is going to get seriously injured one day. The guy is a TERRIBLE fighter and somehow thinks he's a tough guy. He's going to go up against the wrong guy one night and get decapitated. Hendricks knocked Brown down with what, basically, was a push, …then Brown quickly got up and practically put his fist through Hendricks face. Good effort by the misguided Matt Hendricks, but don't let the effort fool ya', ...the result of this fight was a KO for Brown.

Washington rode Hendricks as their sole tough guy, like a biker with a head full of meth rides a roofied bar maid on a pool table, until his hands were mush then cast him side much like the metaphor used earlier. Now like a punch drunk Ali he is left to be THAT guy on the team who "stands up" for the team and commands respect by being able to withstand much punishment.

Hope Hendricks isnt concussed from the punch or the his head bouncing off the ice. He started out well but suddenly ended abruptly. Brown is a pitbull.

A fairly good example on how to take a few to get one in.... I took a look at their previous fight and Hendricks took a left in that one as well. Nice knock down.

Okay, so. Mike Brown wins..Hendricks negative props for swinging at a downed opponent. Brown props for a big left connecting... The already mentioned comment about Hendricks not being a "fighter" covers most of it.. although I gotta say I have to watch Mike Brown fights more than once because by the time I full screen and it loads the fight is over with (I have a 12 inch netbook) his fights are very short but highly entertaining..

This one is pretty easy: TKO for Brown and a 6.

I guess Edmonton should have kept Brown, Hendricks is a terrible fighter.

even though hendricks improved little bit over last season i was surprised how well he started here with brown.brown was in trouble from beginning but got up and sent hendricks down with his left

One good knockdown deserves another. Looked like Brown was gonna be finished when he took an uppercut and went down. Quick scramble to his feet followed by a sweet left and Hendricks was down, bloodied, and off to the locker room. Great stuff!!!!

Thank you, Mike Brown. I've been wanting to see Hendricks get KO'ed ever since that POS jumped Nathan Horton off a faceoff last year. Hendricks was already swinging away before Horton even had a chance to get his gloves off. Then, once Horton had his gloves off, Hendricks dove to the ice. Horton actually lifted him up off the ice so he could kick his head in, and I think Horton injured his shoulder in the process. Hendricks is as cheap a fighter as they come.
