Say goodnight, B.J. Those two were swinging for the fences and only Zac connected.
Crombeen roughed up Flyers captain Claude Giroux in the previous game and the Flyers dusted off the old Bobby Clarke policy of retaliating against anyone who lays so much as a pinky on their leader--remember Schultz, Dupont, Saleski, Kelly, Holmgren?
Rinaldo certainly seems to have stepped up his game this year with two decent tilts in a row. He performed a very nifty tactical move at :14 to double grip and reset his main left grip just a couple inches more to Crombeen's right - kinda like sighting in a gun. Seems to have made all the difference in reach and accuracy.
He was one, possibly two punches late in stopping, but I'll give him that last punch as a grace period in his evolution. He's gotta learn to stop that soon, though, or he'll be thought of as a punk by fans and foes alike.
